Paid for a pizza and never received it. The domino's tracker said Lesaana was preparing the pizza and it was in the prep stage. After 40mins of it being in the prep stage I called and and they said they were closed. I already paid for the pizza.
Bad experience. . Fenton rd. Black short hair in my pizza. Nasty. Got a refund.. Never go there again
Terrible delivery service told me it a be 1 hrs literally nothing, I call the store and they tell me the delivery guy stopped by and said my house was abandoned and that he called my phone (Lies) 0 missed calls and got no answer and that he was done for the night. Never again the store didn't even take the time to call me and notify me.
First of all, when I walked in there was nobody up front. My wife had to call the store just have somebody come up front. Secondly, the pizzas we ordered were greasy and had WAY too much cheese on them both, with barely any sauce on them. I had some bread bites with it too and those tasted like nothing but grease. The 2 ladies up front seemed very RUDE and not willing to serve. Worst experience from this domino's I've ever had, even my kids didn't wanna eat it. The company needs to invest into people who actually care about what they're doing with other people's food.
Delivery was offered, then after a while I missed a phone call, and no voicemail was left. Less than a minute after that call I got an email saying the order was canceled. When I called, I was told they had no delivery drivers, even though it was an option and they accepted the order and took the money. After waiting ten minutes, calling back again, the very hostile manager blamed me for the issues, acted like I was the one in the wrong, couldn't give me solid answers, and told me to take it to corporate. Never ordering from this place again.
I posted a poor review earlier tonight, then received a call from the store. Using the app, I had mistakenly ordered my pizzas from the last location I had ordered from, but went to my usual location to pick it up - and that store was closed!! I apologized to the kind young woman who called me. I can’t figure out how to delete my Google review, but I take it back. However, I will place my orders at the Ballenger Hwy store and never go back to the Pierson Rd location which is often closed.
Ordered 1 pizza and cheese bread and after 30 minutes they told me it was still in the oven. Under staffed for sure. I mean they tried but clearly not enough help. management/ownership must be bad.
The pizza was nasty and the customer service sucked.I will not be going back to the store on ballinger Road ever again
Great pizza, good deals, not enough workers, you often get no answer when calling or hung up on because they're swamped! Fix it dominoes!
I really didn't care for Dominos , until I started going to this one on Balls get and Miller.. They are friendly , fast , and hook it up for you. Best dominos in Genesee county
