Love the rates of there pizza, never had a bad one! Pretty good deals to but as for the app they have online an the rewards program they have where you earn points each time you buy kinda like Mc Donald’s an a few others have started recently. Only thing I didn’t like that they could change is in order to receive any points your total has to be $20 or more! So that is why I gave 4 not 5 stars. Some people don’t need to spend a whole $20, an I think everyone would agree these days since the covid outbreak that many people have very little to probly nothing to spend with prices of gas up an whatever an all the lack of jobs etc. just saying you need to change it to anyamount deserve to earn credit that you can then add up each time voting to cash out what amount rewards you want for what they have to offer!
I have come to expect the level service at Domino’s to be much higher than I feel I get from this location. (Bites tongue) Combined partial orders and luke warm food, I’m done. When visiting this area, I will go elsewhere.
Yikes :/ my sister ordered and it said it went through and was being prepared to be delivered at 7:30pm. Fast forward to 8pm after 10 minutes trying the phone we headed to the store to find the sign posted. I know it’s not any individuals fault but still seems pretty bad as far as service goes :(
Every time we’ve ordered pizza here, it’s always taken hours for us to get it delivered. My husband has tried calling and they don’t even answer the phone. Literally has been on the phone for 20 minutes and it’s only been ringing. Don’t order delivery if you want your pizza in a decent time and hot still.
This flint,mi store on court st is the worst store I've ever ordered from. I ordered a pizza lastnite on 06/08/22 and it took them like 3hrs to deliver. With that long of a wait? i was thinking well it should be fresh?. That pizza looked and tasted like it was under the heating lamp for hrs. ?. I ate 1 slice and gave the rest to my dogs?. Do not order from this Domino's store. They are slow as hell. I like Domino's pizza,but this store is not the store to order from?? facts
Order online said 45 minutes went up there and they told me they haven’t even started it yet it would be another 45 minutes Ithis location is trashed dude they in bullshitting around idk what they getting paid for
I ordered some food around 11:15pm last Friday, and when I got there I saw 3 of the employees preparing the food without any gloves, or washing their hands right in front of me without a care. I then proceeded to get some of the worst food poisoning of my life the next day. I get disgusted just thinking about it, and I’ve never in my life felt the need to leave a review on a resteraunt.
So it was a Sunday at 4:45 I placed an order for wings,got in my car to go pick them up, i returned home only to find my order was canceled, the phone call said they were closing at 6, on a Sunday, and an hour and 15 minutes was not enough time to cook an order of wings, really? So I have been ordering from hungry Howies, since they can cook wings for me ,and it only takes 20 minutes ?
Ordered a pizza that didn't show up for 2 hours and 45 min later. While calling the store 16 times there was no answer. Pizza ended up being soggy and nor what we ordered. I've tried to reach customer service with no help. Do not order from here
This is one of our favorite pizza places in the area. Great deals, kind/polite staff, and of course, tasty pizza.
