Deal were good priced but the rewards app you have to spend at least $10 to receive points, which It shouldn’t matter how much you spend in order to get points I think! Just saying.. But the food always taste awesome! Love Domino’s Pizza.
They've really stepped their game up and have nice fresh pizza now. Stores clean and staff is friendly
Since moving here last year we’ve ordered from this location many times and only had an issue one time. We always order for delivery and the delivery is prompt and friendly. Every one of the drivers is delightful and so kind. Go for the pizza, stay for the people ?
Placed an online order with an estimated delivery time 15-20 minutes (no more than 30). Decided to go to the store because it had been AN HOUR. When I parked at the store, the door was locked with no signage saying that the store closed early. I spoke to an employee disposing trash in the dumpster and I asked if the store was opened and he replied no. I shortly get an email saying my order was cancelled.Terrible customer service - especially with the fact that I did not receive a phone call saying “hey sorry that we closed early, we’re going to cancel your order”. I do not recommend ordering anything from this store.
I won’t be going back to the Fenton Rd location. My very small order of bread bites & cinnamon twists took over 40 minutes and the website said it was ready and waiting, but it was still in the oven when I got there.
Well the only thing that I'm going to complain about is this $3 tip that they say they give you for picking up your own pizza if you don't buy pizza the following week you don't get it it's only valid for the next week like for example it's Saturday I'm ordering pizza I have to use that $3 coupon between Monday and Sunday.
Raw bread both of them so there went $15 then build your own pizza a $22 pizza not well done but doughy and gross n I literally mean raw looks done nothing but raw dough just sick as hell. The General manger don’t care he said what do you want me to do I guess lose business cause that is not good service or management ?♀️ no more dominos I’ll take my chances with the Cantonese place first
I placed the order around 1p.m. and the food was ready in about 15 mins. Fresh pizza, piping hot out of the oven.
Second time receiving RAW DOUGHEY pizza from this location in the past few months. I AM PREGNANT. This is extremely concerning and could be potentially deadly for my unborn baby.Safe to say we will no longer be eating domino's.
They asked for our name when we got there and told us it wasn’t done when we were pretty sure we saw our order on the rack, but we still decided to wait like they asked even though, someone got their food before we got ours even though we had been waiting. There was someone behind the counter touching there phone and putting it back barehanded then going back to making pizza and restocking the topping bar. Your phone collects so much dirt,oil, and grease not only from your fingers, but from your face etc and I find it disgusting they didn’t wash their hands and went back to making food. They forgot what our order was and had to ask us again what we ordered and still got the wrong food, just for them to hand us the food that we initially thought was ours on the rack. So we waited extra time for our food that had been ready when we got the notification and it wasn’t even hot by the time we got it, and made it home. Very disappointed will not return.
