Ordered pizza and wings..over an hour later they called and said they could not address in Flushing . We live in Flint. We called back and she said he had others to delivery so half hour later we had to find other food and got credit back on order..we are only three miles from them..geez!!!
Disappointed to say the least. My large Pizza was fine, although they can't cut a pizza into even slices. My large order of Inn Styx was not so impressive. They hid a batch of burnt Inn Styx under a layer of nicely cooked breadstick. Food quality is terrible at this store.
Called because I was confused over a GrubHub order, got threatened over the phone by an employee. I'd leave negative stars if possible but I want everyone to know what kind of business you're dealing with here and to stay away.
Pizza was made well. Couldn't take a picture in time before my belly took over. Hot! Fresh. Yummy. Shall be back
I have never ordered from Cottage Inn in the past and don't know why I haven't sooner! For one I would like to say the customer service was amazing! Chris and his team are awesome. I will will definitely be coming back!
I'm changing my 5 star review to negative five stars. I should have checked my food better because there was a brown/blondish string of hair beside my pizza.Throwing away 50% of my leftovers. Very unfortunate because the pizza tasted really good and my order was $25 bucks.
I ordered enough pizza and breadsticks to feed 30 high school students. My order was generous, promptly ready for pick up at the right time and they even discounted for a local high school. Pizza and breadsticks were great! Would def use again and highly recommend!

Ordered dinner for my family tonight. Pizza was an hour late, food was cold. I ordered a small salad and there was no dressing. I’ve had pizza from this location in the past and wasn’t an issue. Im very upset with the service. How can you mess up a pizza? Will not be ordering here anymore.
