Hours should state “open whenever management feels like it” according to customer service. The store can close early whenever they want. Also. The employee will close and lock the door in your face. When asked politely if I could just get 3 tacos (which I called to verify they had and was told that they did have them) I was told “we’re out of food” and I said “I’m so sorry, I’ll be quick i promise. I just called and a guy told me you had the tacos here” I was met with “were out of everything”. Alrighty then. Good to know you sold all your food in less than 10 minutes and want to close an hour early.
Staff at this location is helpful and friendly. The place was very busy when we arrived, but service was speedy and efficient and the line moved quickly. The food is always fresh and restocked continuously, so I've never found them to be "out" of anything. Tables were clean. There is both indoor and outdoor seating and ample parking.Great place!
Love the staff here! Always friendly and smiling. They have hung in there through all the pandemic craziness. Small but mighty core staff that works well together and provides great food and great customer service ! Thanks for lunch guys!
This place would be a lot tastier if they used strip steak instead of chunks. They do have really good flavor as far as the vegetables, rice, and beans go and they do make a good burrito. Not so much the tacos every time I got tacos they were smashed and didn't look very appetizing.
Came in for my lunch that I ordered through the app and still waited for over 30 minutes after the app said my order was finished, then the store employees were not helpful when I tried to ask her about my order she proceeded to walk away so I waited in my car for 10 more minutes and they locked the doors and said the the store was closed. I came at 1:20pm and after waiting they closed at 1:35 and didn’t end up getting food until 2:09 …. the hours say that they are open until 10 very upset and will not be eating here again
I don't know what it is about the Flint location... I ordered a chicken quesadilla with 3 sides. The to go order guy forgot two of the sides. I left work to have it corrected. They had everything I ordered in stock. I paid delivery and tip for nothing. There have been so many issues with ordering here. It's not worth the risk.
Ordered 2 burritos, 2 chips & salsa & a drink on mobile app. Had to wait another 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I got 2 burritos that were literally 2x3 in size! FIVE salsas & a guacamole with a mini size chips, coke machine was down. Was told they were out of chips, this was at 6:30, how are you out of chips??? What am I going to do with all that salsa & basically NO chips? The girl working to pick up line was incredibly slow… at least 10 other people waiting for their orders when I left! Terrible experience!
One of the items I ordered today was a burrito bowl with double chicken and extra Fajita veggies only. The chicken portion was fine. The fajita veggies were not enough (see pics). Two days ago I came here and ordered at the counter. There were no fajita vegetables available at all. This restaurant seems to not be able to consistently deliver on the Chipotle brand. I've come here other times and had other unavailable items. For example today this location shows several of the lifestyle bowls as temporarily unavailable through the online ordering portal. i Maybe it's a product and employee shortage or its inflation or something. I don't know why each time I go here there's something that is not quite right.
I am appalled!!! I went to Chipotle on miller road order my food and went home. It wasn’t until halfway through my meal did I realize a black straight piece of hair in my food. The meat was also half cooked. I am astonished!!! I feel like I should be able to go to a fast food place and eat something without finding a piece of hair in my food. Do better Chipotle do better!P.S- DO NOT spend your money at this establishment you might find hair in your food.
Definitely NOT your typical Chipotle. I am rarely greeted when I come to this location, my order is usually messed up if I order online and the dining room is quite often filthy. Last night I was greeted with "we're out of corn salsa, guacamole..." and she listed basically every Chipotle ingredient that makes a Chipotle dish delicious. When I cashed out, I asked about chips that were on the shelf and got the snotty reply from the cashier "THOSE are for the kid's meals." Like, you're out of everything, can I just buy the chips?I've worked at SEVERAL Chipotle locations and this one should DEFINITELY be reviewed by corporate. They don't even KIND OF have the special characteristics of a Chipotle, this is more like an impostor Chipotle. You're NOT supposed to run out of food, EVER, especially like, five different vital items. You're SUPPOSED to make enough for the evening, and if you run out, you are SUPPOSED to make more, whether it's 8:30pm or noon. You definitely don't run out of food at 7:30pm and make some lame excuse that you're out of everything and not making more because you're either too lazy or won't drive to another location and get the ingredients you need like you're SUPPOSED to. THAT is the Chipotle way. Do yourself a favor, drive to Brighton and don't even bother with this location.
