I've lived in the area for years and decided to go here for the first time tonight. First impressions are everything. I didn't know what time your establishment closed because I've never been. I was just passing by. Pulled up to the speaker and a lady comes to the speaker and says "We closed at 8 o'clock. BYE!" So, let me correct your staff. "I'm so sorry we closed at 8pm but we open at ____ tomorrow. You're welcome to visit then." That's how you address customers. If she had said that, I would have understand with no problem. The way you address customers means a lot. You never know who that person is. This time it was a customer you could have gained. Oh well...
Fantastic fish-and-chips. I believe it's the old ambassador Coney island recipe they use fillets are handipped and then deep fried to a golden Brown the tarter sauce is just perfect. I have had the Cod several times but I hear their catfish is outstanding. From fresh to made hamburgers when you order them they may cost a little more but they are worth it. Unreal how everyone knows this because every time I drive by the line is wrapped around the building. Please fix the parking lot there are way too many pot holes in this place to be safe
Burger Streets food quality has declined and also become very expensive… $20 for 10 wing zings, no fries.. are you kidding me. And every piece of chicken had broken bones.. a ton of breading and very little chicken… sorry I won’t be back, I tried to give you all another chance after the last burger I have was very gross… veggies soggy and bread overheated… so long burger street…. U just lost a customer!✌️
Excellent food. Love their fish and chips, burgers, chicken strips, chicken sandwiches, fries, onion rings...heck, EVERYTHING is delicious! Eat here!
Been coming to burger street for more than a decade and everyone in the family loves it I love the fish and chips and my boys love the bacon cheeseburgers fries and onion rings you can't go wrong stopping in here for a quick bite we are customers for life
Cod Dinner Costs over a dollar more now for starters. Cod fillets smaller, over fried, dry with Fries under- prepared sadly. Slaw was tasty though.
There is more to to a food service place then just good food. It is part of the hospitality industry and when you have loyal customers you take care of them I left my keys at Burger Street I I have been backtracking my steps where I've been in the last two days because key fobs are very expensive to replace so I called Burger Street because I'm pretty sure that's where I left them a girl named Taylor I guess is her name answered the phone she was very irritated that I wasn't ordering food and I just wanted her to check for my last keys she huffed and puffed and put me on hold when she came back to the phone she just said we don't have your keys and I kind of giggled and said who is this who am I talking to because I have been loyal to this restaurant for years and I was just curious which one of the girls it was. She said I'm not obligated to give you my name and hung up. I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN AS LONG AS THIS RUDE DIRTY HANDED CREEPY GIRL HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH SERVING FOOD....all I can say is they must be very hard up for employees right now because she does not belong working with people at all in any way let alone food
Normally very good good but today I ordered 2 coneys and coney fries and the hotdogs were burnt and the buns were stale and so difficult to bite through like trying to chew bubblegum. The coney fries were not cooked enough so I called them just to let them know about the burnt dogs and buns and the woman answering their phone was very defensive and said "we never burn our coneys" and then put me on hold. Well, customer service is not something they value so I will no longer support them because my hard earned cash is too valuable to throw away on food that I cannot even eat. Sorry Burger Street USA but you lost a customer.
Not sure what happened? I always eat there and have fish and chips for some reason the fish smelled funny like chemical was very super white didn't feel so good took one bite and I had to get rid of it this is not like them at all always very satisfied I hadn't been there in a while and I just really wanted some good fish and chips they always have a large portions always walk away satisfied not sure what happened?
We ordered chicken finger dinner and a fish sandwich, the chicken taste horrible like plastic. The fish was soggy along with bun and tomatoes were mushy and hot. I called to let them know that the chicken fingers tasted bad. I was told they got new chicken yesterday so it should be good if i wanted To get a refund i had to bring back the meal with the majority of it still there. Pics are posted below, hoping my daughter does not get sick cause the chicken is not right! Beware of chicken. Poor customer service.. should not have had to go out of my way to return a meal that was no good. But it was worth it to me to return it and make sure they know there is a problem with chicken in case of illness.
