They had us pull forward and wait for 10 minutes and 4 people got their orders before we got ours. They didn't care how they put it in the bag, fries were all over the place. Unacceptable!
Staff was awesome. Very efficient in handling the customer service issue while I was there all while handling everything else as well. Fantastic service and Fresh Burgers and fries. A great location to visit!
Lady in drive through was rude. Second put Cheese on my rodeo burger when I asked for no cheese on the burger because they always put cheese on it. The amount of times that Burger King messed up my burgers is ridiculous. Learn to get it together! Also chicken nuggets are hard. Very disappointed

We ordered 5-10 min ago and we still have 5 cars ahead of us while I am writing this.... 8 more min and still have 2 cars in front of us (Wait total 13-18 min).... final wait time 25 min... oh and cold fries to add insult to injury... not cool!
5-10-22 at 12:22 my service was slow but the food was hot! and the best part… Michele was very kind at the window! She takes the time to say please and thank you and is very positive! SHE earned this 5 star show her!

Order completely wrong. No cheese and what appears to be some foreign substance other than mayo?????? Their phone number is disconnected. Waste of time and money. Disgusting! Looks to be bodily fluid on the sandwich!!!!!!!
If I could give a zero I'd give a negative zero.I was there not too long ago and asked for extra mayo and lettuce (didn't get) ON my chicken sandwich Then I went again the other night and tried again. Again ordered a chicken sandwich asked for extra mayo and lettuce AGAIN not received and was way over cooked!!!!! So I tried calling and no phone number because phone is disconnected that is available on line.... Very very disappointed considering I normally don't go to fast food. My bill was over 25.00....NEVER WILL GO TO THIS BK AGAIN AND I DEFFINATELY DIDNT GET IT MADE THE WAY I WANTED.?????????
Waste of time. Inside was closed. Went to drive thru. Waited 15 min behind other cars. Finally drove to the pickup window to be informed that they were only doing doordash orders. Seriously?! No sign hanging up informing customers of this. Lost at least 5 car orders while we were there.
*NOT SANITARY!!!*I believe the whopper melt was supposed to be on toast, instead it is on 2 cold pieces of white, uncooked, bread. On top of that there was a straw in a fountain drink and it looks like somebody drank half of the drink. I am very displeased and disgusted.
