I will not go back to this place,and I have told my family and friends that this is a racist unwelcoming place that allows the help to treat customers horrible, if you are not white. The white woman was given her coffee before me and I was there first. When I realized that I was not treated well I started to get my money back.
Great establishment cleanliness is as expected staff very kind and helpful as I had to try it out for the 1st time and doing a bit of OT therapy while at it I appreciate the patience and help ?
The staff here is always friendly and the drinks are always awesome. This location even has special drinks their baristas have made up themselves.
The coffee is great but behind their building looks like a literal landfill. Please clean it up.
I go here all the time,. to the point that when I place my order they know who it is, and remember that I always get two frozen lattes, and that I need a sticker over the opening on one as I reserve it for later consumption. Thanks for doing a good job.
Pulled in lights were on. Open sign is on. Someone was pulling away from the drive through window and we were behind them. No one would take our order. We sat at the speaker for a few minutes and when the car ahead of us got their order we pulled up. She said they closed 3 minutes ago. Yet we had been there for 5+. They need to shut off their open light and check the drive thru to make sure all the customer that were in line were waited on. Normally I wouldn’t care but she treated us like we were trying to get away with something and was rude to my 67 year old mother. She said “go to Swartz creek they are open I already took off my headset” and closed the window. I always get better service at their other locations. I’ll skip this one and head to Starbucks.
We love the quality of our purchases and the quality of the staff at this biggby. Absolutely our favorite by far. Plus they have the sweetest regular who greets us every morning!❤❤❤Y'all are greatly appreciated. ?✌
I find it very rude and irritating when every time I go through the drive-through the one girl always ask me for an optional tip. It’s very uncomfortable that I have to decline giving someone a tip through a drive-through window. I wish they would stop asking that but in particular that one girl. It’s really creepy.
Best coffee in the county! Employees are amazing, the store is always clean, never a long wait. If you don't know what to order, they are great at making suggestions. Don't forget to tip your baristas!
