Honestly there's no other way to put this, there is no need to look any further than right here for the very best steak sandwich in our area, hands down! In addition to the food Big John's is the only restaurant in our area I've ever seen that literally must clean their equipment exactly as directed and in the interval recommended. Those who enjoy Sprite will know what I'm talking about when I say everywhere you go, sprite has a mildew taste when it comes out of a fountain. I assume it's because it's sold in low volume and aside from the machines not being cleaned properly, the syrup is also much beyond the expiration date I'm sure. Well, not here!! They have the freshest tasting fountain soda I've ever had. You'll appreciate what I'm talking about if you like Sprite and try theirs for the first time. If you've never been to a big John's do yourself a favor please and stop by!
A little bit greasy and sauce that is given for the steak sandwich taste more like ketchup, not steak sauce, yuck ???
Good staff, food is alright but since when did you stop giving sauce with a steak and onion iv never had to ask for sauce, it was always just there...
Got hooked on the Original Big John's a few years ago. My favorite is the Philly Chicken! Never disappoints!
Ordered a #3 steak and cheese but after arriving at home the sandwich was leaking and contained onions. When I called the establishment, they quickly shifted blame onto the new cashier without offering a replacement or refund.

We came to Big John's tonight 2/3/22 @9pm and had the most nicest lady take our order. She was very attentive and kind while taking care of us. It's been awhile since I've experienced such hospitality in a drive thru. Service was fast and the food delicious.
Asked for steak and cheese and of course got where I was going and it still had onions. I can eat them my boyfriend cant. I love you steak sandwiches but may having to stop wasting my money.
The girls did a good job as customer service food was made to order no issues I'll be back
