Food is prepared as you order and was hot and delicious.
A friend and I had the steak&onion classic Big John sandwich and still a great pick for a lunch or dinner. This place had fresh bread and great tasting ingredients. The employees were courteous helpful and the place was clean we both left with a second sandwich for later.
Second time here an both times attitude of the workers are unpleasant. Upset because I asked to cook my steak longer. Never will come back to this location . Hire better workers. Customer service is a key component to your business
First time at this location but it was as good as any other Big John's I've had. One of the best local food spots. Took my wife for the first time and she loved it.
I really miss having a Big John's Steak and Onion in Midland, was so sad that they closed. Food was yummy and hot, brought back some good memories. Staff was friendly.

Always great, better than anything else out there. I would love for the chain to enter into contests for steak and cheese sandwiches. Just so I can see people from Philly cry when they loose.

Best Big John's in Flint. Employees are always really cool and down. Hard-working get the orders right I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to that place five stars all the way.
