I just ordered 3 8 in subs, 2 steak and cheese, which were bread and... bread. The cheese isn't even warm. What little bit of steak is on them is drier than jerky. Coming over to this location as it's been said it's the one with the "best" food... if this is the best, I don't want to see any worse. Beyond disappointing. 3 "sandwiches" in the trash.
More onion than steak on our subs. Wasn't very good. It was the first time I didn't enjoy their food.
Got some super steak and cheese subs. What can I say, they were super! This place is always good and never, not once has a meal here been mediocre.
Wouldn't suggest going to this one I asked for extra cheese and instead I got 2 slice's of cheese plus my girlfriends sub had hardly any meat on it not impressed
This location is the best of all the Big John's. The service is always fast whether it's through drive through or ordering inside. The subs are always fresh and hot which is key. Usually I am ordering subs for the whole family and everyone has their own preference. Our order is always right although I wish there was a better way to mark them. However, we love that the menu is consistent and that iconic Big John logo wrap for the subs is like receiving a Christmas present every time! My family and I have been coming here for decades and we always bring out of towners here to try the best steak subs we've ever eaten. My go to is the Original Steak and Onion with red sauce and peppers.

This is the very best Big John's out of them all. I have never been disappointed with anything at this location. The food is always awesome and the service is unbelievable. I will say they are the fastest Big John's I've ever been to in my whole life. I feel like if we can't eat at this location then I don't want it. I seriously only want to eat at this specific restaurant. If nobody has ever said it, let be the one to say that you guys do an awesome job every day and I appreciate everything that you all do. I will start off first by saying this restaurant is Drive-Through only. Now that that's out of the way, lets get into the experience.The menu for this restaurant has many items, but no pictures to see what you're getting. Be weary of that, should you order something very messy, such as the BBQ Steak and Cheese. This sandwich was overall really tasty, but I made such a big mess eating it that I feel like I lost about $2 worth of the product. The Steak and Cheese is really good as well, and if you order their special Big Johns sauce, you just might find yourself a new favorite. The sauce is advertised as "spicy and sweet" but don't be alarmed by it saying spicy. At best its a very mild, mild taste with a nice sweet aftertaste almost like cocktail sauce. I was disappointed that there were no fries on the menu, although they do have many different kinds of sandwiches so you may find something you like even if you're not into philly steak.In the end, I rate the food 8/10 due to the presentation and taste.And I give the staff a 10/10 for how nice they were.Overall I would say that Big John's is a nice 9/10 in my book. Go get yourself a Big Johns!
Was very disappointed with my steak and onion. The steak was so dry like it had sat on the grill for hours. It was crunchy.. I've never had a bad experience until now. Definitely need to review what to do and not to do.. like burning shaved steak! Even my sub bun was hard.
Used to be a regular go to place but now disappointing in every way. They raised the prices twice this year while putting less meat in the sandwiches. They overload it with seasoning to try to hide the fact that there's less meat. They will literally not give you all your change back and then complain that they don't want to count down their register for such a small amount. Also very bad attitude from the staff.
