Normally i have no problems here, but ever since a kid with blonde hair started working the grill the food has been terrible. First he acts like he's having the worst day ever and hates his life, second he cooks with sooo much butter by the time you sit down to eat or get your food back to work or home its soggy so it just falls apart, and third he uses sooo much seasons salt or whatever seasoning they use you cant even eat.Like i said, i've been coming here for year but since this kid started working its been terrible. I'll come back when he's gone or grown up enough to know what work ethic is.
Since the moment we walked in we got evil stares from one of the cooks. Never greeted even after we were placing our to go order. Very rude and didn’t care that we were there. Food was not cooked to order. We got the scraps from the previous customers sandwiches. My friend watched this happen. Forgot to put peppers and sauce in bag. We asked and then they did it. This place used to be very good, but I feel it’s new management or a family owned restaurant now. It’s very bad. Don’t go here unless you’re their kind of people. You will get treated differently. Waste of my time and my money. Will go out if my way to avoid this at all costs. If I could give no stars I would.
Horrible. Original steak was greasy and way too spicy. Wanted extra onions, barely gave us any. Went to ask for a side of onions and the guy behind the counter gave us an evil look before finally getting it. Tables and chairs were dirty. Will never go back again.
A certified hood classic. Great steak and cheese sandwich, loved the sauce. Quick service, clean counter and kitchen. Will definitely be back

Always friendly staff, I've never had a problem with them. Food is always correct, and quality. Besides the steak sandwich, I've tried both their ham and cheese and Italian, both are excellent.If your looking for fast and easy sandwiches, this is a great location. They also offer Lay's Chips and drinks for combos.They can be a little pricey compared to Subway, but it's not too bad. Their quality is far superior.
1/19/21 If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the 2nd time they have messed our order up, My husband told them lettuce & tomato on the sub they didn't put it on, We wanted mild peppers and they didn't have any. They also didn't have any straws! Both our subs are greasy and smashed, When my husband walked in the manager was screaming at the employees, We will never go back there.
The workers are rude & nasty! Especially the dark lady with the mustache that works the front counter she’s extremely rude & disrespectful! She didn’t greet me she cussed at me and called me out of my name! I will never eat at this restaurant again and I would suggest that you wouldn’t waste your time either!!
6:45 pm. Three people working. 30 minute wait for steak sandwich. Cook screaming at the other two not to take anymore “f;>#ing ordersWatched at least 7-8 people walk out.
There subs are the best. I always get the hmwhole ham and cheese and eat half the first day and half the next and it still fresh not soggy
