I read that the classic sandwich is suppose to have 3 ounces of beef or 84 grams, so today I weighted one that I bought on Miller rd. It weighted 61 grams. love arby's sandwiches bet it would of a lot better with the right amount of meat.
As far as Arby's goes, this one on Miller Rd is a very good one. Service is fast, friendly, and accurate.
The woman at the window was not friendly at all. She seems bored and it seems like she didn't even want to be there. This Arby's employee needs to work on her customer service.
Employee Karolyn needs to be fired from the miller road location!!! The way she express her self with costumers she is very nasty and rude when it comes to fixing someone order or even just taking the order highly don’t recommend her to work in any business with that kinda mindset or behavior!
Screwed my order up so bad. Gave me 4 sandwiches I didnt ask for and I was charged for them. Another sandwich they charged me for the correct one but gave me the wrong sandwich. Will not be ordering again.
Not bad. Better then other fast food places like mcds but a far cry from seganos. Lol
Went to pick up a door dash order. The manager off the bat was very short with me and rude. She proceeds to push the customers food across the counter and said "you're all set" and walked away. I noticed the name on the receipt didn't match my door dash order. So I asked her if she's sure this is the correct order and she pushes the customers bag of food closer to me and says " I said, you're all set" very rudely. So I take it to the customer and sure enough, it's the wrong order. I call the store to let them know it was the wrong order and sure enough it was the manager. Who continues to be rude to me. I told her that she made a mistake by not confirming the correct order and she proceeds to insult me by saying that I don't know how to read and saying it was my fault that she received the wrong food. I will never go back to this location and urge others not to. There is no reason for an employee, let alone a manager to talk to another person so rudely. And to insult them.
I just ordered at the drive thru. The food was hot and ready in short time. It was spot on as far as what I ordered. Delicious.
Cleanest and friendliest Arby's I've ever walked in...don't miss a chance to visit this little jewel in Flint.
Even though it states listing updated by business within last 7 days, hours are incorrect. They were closed when I arrived at 11pm.
