Food was great. Service was great. Music was awful and we had to ask them to turn it down. Even then was not good
Their bowl entrees are good, and the bartender was great, and we had a new waitress. Very young, probably her first job so service was slow. She has potential, and will be good in the future. It's a sign of the times
Best waitress is Carmen. Her section is the ONLY one we will sit in. This an older Applebee's in number operational years. Clean !!!!

Had the best bartender. I can't remember her name, she was so busy and handled the bar like a champ. My drinks were great, my order was correct. That girl needs an award!! She was definitely 5 star.
They had run out of sour cream and we were having Mexican food. The waitress was "just ok". They did not offer to deduct anything from the bill since they had no sour cream. My husband had to send his nacho back to get warmed up as it was cold and the ground beef was tasteless..no seasoning
The food was great as always but our waitress was so much fun. She laughed with us and said she loved our fun vibe. It was a great experience over all.
Went there for lunch on a Saturday afternoon took forever just to get our drink and have our order taken. The place was not busy at all and no apparent reason why our server was taking so long. The food was good and hot however the service was substandard at best.
I am disappointed because this Apple Bees is always slapping........... but today..... there was a big piece of paper in my mashed potatoes it's not an hair it's not anything small it's a huge piece of paper..... and Ofcourse i didn't find it til i got close to done eating my food because that's how deep it was...
Did a curbside order, chicken taco wontons and chicken shrimp bourbon. Wontons don't travel well, but still good. Curbside was out taking names, they may have been too busy to answer phone (i tried calling when I pulled up). Order was ready when requested. Chicken shrimp bourbon was very good.
