Ice cream was excellent ! very busy, first nice weather evening , short staffed like all places right now ,2 people holding down the fort like a well oiled machine, about a 40 minute wait well worth it, staff was very attending and efficient, i had the midnight peanut marshmellow waffle cone , wife had the salted caramel brownie waffle cone . Thank you to the two workers and i do mean WORKERS for busting it out !!!!

Ice cream was average they add a bunch of random toppings which was cool but not for the price I would say it was over rated but staff was super friendly
Great customer service! A kid named Alex works there and he is very nice! He asked if we needed anything and offered o take our trash! 10/10

Not only do I love this place already, but my son has life threatening food allergies and they accomadated him today. I called ahead to see if they had any non-dairy items for him and they were so very sweet about it. The girl said it was no problem to open a new sorbet and use a clean scoop with gloves to ensure there was no cross contamination. He was able to come with his brothers and best friend to enjoy this experience. I am truly grateful as it is very difficult to find ways we can eat out with his allergies. It made our day and he enjoyed having fun eating that amazing lemon sorbet. I felt at ease he was in safe hands. Thank you ladies that worked today at the Scoop! I wish I had remembered your names. As a Mom of a little boy that just wants to do what other little kids his age enjoy, it truly meant the world to us. You have no idea what your extra effort meant. Thank you so much!

Very cute and trendy place. The fruity pebbles milkshake is phenomenal! Not sure why it isn’t on the menu!
