We had a children's 6th birthday party in the back arcade room. It was the best party we've ever hosted. Had the room all to ourselves, the kids had an absolute blast playing all the games. The food was soo good, wait staff attentive and very helpful. Even the owner checked on us a few times to make sure we were taken care of. Breadsticks are to die for!
Needs a good cleaning!! I realize times have been hard for restaurants and help is scarce but with COVID concerns cleanliness should be a priority! The cloth on the chair seats is filthy and the chairs are wobbly. .The salt and pepper shakers were crusty and greasy and felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. It is a popular spot for families which makes this even more of a concern. Lots of birthday celebrations and their big attraction is the game room. As to the food, we ordered Margaritas and the mix was sour. The rest of our food was average and our waitress was nice. I gave it two stars based on this.
Arrived and was told 15-20 minutes wait. Finally got seated after 30 minutes. The place was obviously way short staffed and everyone was scrambling around like it was a continuous emergency. Table was filthy from previous guests. Asked to have the table cleaned and they wiped it and got most of the hard bbq sauce (I assume) off. Breadsticks were hard and cold, obviously had been sitting. Ordered a burger medium and it came out well well done and my fries were almost all less than 1” long, thin, and well done. Girlfriend got salmon with sweet potatoes and asparagus… the asparagus and sweet potatoes were refrigerated cold, not even room temp. When she told the server he said “I’m so sorry, I’ll put those in the microwave and be right back!” We were floored, a $20 plate of food and they just threw it in the microwave. 2 drinks each, $90 with tip… I feel like I was completely ripped off. Won’t be going back for a long time, if ever.
So the breadsticks were good. Wait staff is fine. But if you like reheated frozen meals for over 10 dollars that come out lukewarm to your table, this is THE place for you! My biggest gripe however was, the food was incredibly.... incredibly similar. I went with 3 other people and we all got something different. They were all the same thing. For example, if you get stuffed shells, it's the same thing as the ravioli. All of of pasta dishes are stuffed with ricotta and piled with cheese at different prices. The bathrooms had a peculiar odor. The alcoholic drinks are expensive and not worth the price.
I placed an order online, requested a few items be left off a sandwich, get back to work and all items requested to be left off are on the wrap - YUCK! The receipt i was emailed detailed the wrap as ordered but i was told on their end it didn't appear that way. I couldn't go back for the correct order so there is nothing they could do the manager said. NOT good customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
Fantastic family setting. Great service and wide variety of Italian style food. The breadsticks are fantastic. I had the salmon and enjoyed it all. The servings are generous and the prices are fair. They have a large arcade room which is perfect for some extra family fun. Their takeout option is great as well
Stopped in for lunch the other day and was in and out in about 30 minutes or so. Got sat immediately and the server was quick and very polite.Had a French Dip and fries. Was very, very good! The sammich was big enough that I had to finish half of it the next day for lunch.The Mrs. had a burger that was big enough that I had to help her finish it. And it, too, was very good!Will definitely go back next time I'm in town.
Had my sister's birthday here and it was fantastic as always. Super attentive and nice staff, great food and at a decent price!The new game room/arcade was a hide improvement, great place for the family.
Great service and food! Their specials are always super yummy. Had the steak and linguine the other night, very flavorful. Also try their cheese ravioli- it is to die for. Their servers are really friendly. The wait to be seated and for your food to come out is never long. Food is always hot and delicious! Breadsticks are home made, hot and fresh! I crave their food.
