The second time going there and still I cannot get a proper receipt. I don’t know why they just can’t give an actual receipt. I ordered on the app for ice tea and they tell me they just ran out of tea when I go to pick it up. I said I’ll take the pink lemonade. I get to where I need to be and find that I don’t have pink lemonade I have something else that I can’t even drink because it is so sickening sweet. Part of my value meal I ordered the cinnamon twists and it wasn’t even half full. I guess I can never go back to this Taco Bell again.

Amazing place. Almost every negative review either A. - clearly don’t realize this location and there staff have no control over covid policies, lack of staff, or issues with local municipalities. And thus can’t keep exact hours or supply and demand. Or B.- if you click on your name they have nothing but negative reviews. Aka the type of karenesk people who only give reviews when upset never when happy. Or expect perfection from $1 menu items and prob review the quality of dollar store electronics that don’t last like..”WHAT I paid $4 for these Bluetooth head phones why is the sound quality garbage!”I personally consider this my favorite location. And have never had an issue.

Why does this location in Fenton ALWAYSSSS close 10, 15, sometimes even 30 minutes previous to their closing time!!?????!!!??? Can management uphold their worker’s to their responsibilities?? I have worked fast food/restaurants before and I know it’s not always fun when someone comes close to close… but That Is Your JOB!!, what you’re getting paid to do, AND functioning business hours!! This has happened on Multiple, multiple occasions over at least 6 months!! The employees also are standing right there, notice you when you pull in… then they flee from view of the windows!! I now have a degree and if I was to perform in that way at my job, I would lose my license! No matter the pay or type of during high school/college jobs I’ve had, I’ve always had good work ethics no matter what. Now if I’m wrong and you close at 130/145; then forgive me but correct the hours advertised online! I hate complaining, but as a nurse working late shifts, tired, and hungry; I am disappointed at always getting let down. Good luck to all!

Absolutely disgusted knowing I just ate a plastic tasting tostada shell in my Crunchwrap supreme; knowing I was the general manager at Taco Bell they put them in a heated cabinet didn’t pull new ones and they sit in a plastic container. Was offered a refund if I still had my food, I ate it, I paid for it, now that I don’t have the food I can’t get a refund and was told I can get my food remade given the name to say at the speaker, like why would I want my food remade especially if you didn’t make it right the first time. Absolutely disgusted ??? wasted 15 dollars on a quick dinner for me and my significant other, I will not return keep your expired tostadas, slack on your job and good luck passing your core I hope they actually check your products following this review and maybe I’ll be back

They continue to offer some interesting new items, but then discontinue them in 4-6 weeks. Multiple times I have spoken to managers about tasty new items that are suddenly off the menu and even they were frustrated. Two of them did the quickly discontinued items had become their biggest premium items and customers continued to be upset they were no longer available. Prices also continue rising significantly. Unless you buy very low end, very basic items, the food is becoming seriously overpriced!

Will update accordingly. 3 stars because I do like the place, however, their hours are not correct at all. Went to get food tonight (Feb 5), google says they are open until 3 am, it's about 1 am when I arrive. Lights are on, can see people inside just chillin', but the store is closed. Why are the hours posted not the actual working hours? When does the store close on Friday and Saturday nights?Edit: The staff is awesome as I've never had an issue. Just an issue with the store hours being not as they say.

Literally called there after putting in an order twice to see what was up cause they both it canceled. Got someone on the phone, said they were actually closed. And that they weren’t “allowed” to talk about it. Really? Why? Did you get robbed or something? You can’t just tell me your short staffed? Instead I get nothing but a snarky attitude “yeah, really”
