Me and my grandmother have gone to this location for years. The past 2 times we've gone this year...the staff was unfriendly and my grandmother's meatball sub was stone cold. The meatballs are supposed to be hot at all times whether the customer asks for a toasted sandwich or not. It is unacceptable. This is a health code violation when it comes to meats that are not lunch meats.
For some reason, each time I’m here the young man working seems upset to have customers. Not friendly at all and acted like he didn’t want to be there. I get it if it’s just one day but it’s been multiple times coming here. The young lady is really nice and has a great attitude, but the guy does not. He didn’t even say a word, just took my money and handed me my food. I get they don’t get tipped so maybe that’s why, but should still at least be friendly to customers.
Ever since this store obtained new owners it has went extremely downhill. The workers are extremely rude. They act like the customers are an inconvenience and dont even acknowledge you . The food quality is not what it used to be or should be. Bread is extremely hard and sandwiches are just thrown together. Never consistent. Sad to see this location going in this direction
The young lady who waited on me was extremely rude, her server number is 3808, it was a bother getting a wrap & a kids sub, she was completely rude. I will never come back to this location again !
Food was good but the 2 workers in there literally just stared at me until I started telling them what I wanted didn't say a single word to me until they gave me the total. It was kinda awkward. Lol
I went in there the other day and over heard an employee saying she has covid, and the place is maggot infested. I will never return, and I will be contacting higher authorities to get this fixed. You are a disgusting human for serving food to people, with covid. Thank you Ashley for the information.
Like every time I go in there they act like they don’t know how to do anything like they don’t know how to make subs and every time they get my sub it’s always burnt I just don’t know what they’re doing over there but they need to figure it out
The staff was incredibly nice and I got to try a new cookie the caramel apple cookie.
Very clean place. Veggies were fresh and crisp. The sandwich artist was nice and friendly. First time at a Subway in a long time and it was delicious!
Previous I had a positive experience here. After waiting in line for a long time I saw how another customer was treated and left. Have a problem with your food expect to be told to deal with it.9-10 around 6:45 pm if the owner would like to know.
