Great food good prices and friendly staff. Was my first time through and they didn’t make me feel rushed at all and answered my question even though it was through the drive thu.Would recommend all good was fresh and warm and love the fries!
Literally just stood at the door for 5 minutes and had 2 employees look at me and ignore me. I checked all the signage and they werent closed for another hour. Finally someone comes after knocking a few times and waving hello, there was a sign that said you needed to wear a mask so I put one on right away. Finally when a woman came to the door she said the lobby was closed very sternly and i said ok sorry i didnt see any signage saying that and she responded with "i can make a sign for you" i responded "well not for me,..." and I just walked away from the disrespect in her tone and from being ignored. All I wanted was to get some food and left being disrespected. I did nothing wrong, didnt say anything snippy or rude and still got treated poorly.
Overall pretty good food and service, but they do mess up my drive thru order at times.
I was staying in the hotel behind this restaurant and had no car. If you do not have a car and it’s past 5:30pm, good luck getting food from this place. They lock the doors and will not let you order food from the drive through by walking up. It was literally below 0 degrees and they ignored all my attempts to order food.
Ordered the BBQ bacon mother clucker. I read the website first to know which meal I wanted. I got mozzarella sticks as the side. When we got the meal I asked for the ranch or the marinara that comes with them and they said they would give it to us this time but it's .59 cents next time. I should come with mozzarella sticks! Then I open my sandwich and it has some of the right ingredients on it and a lot of wrong. Mainly it has BBQ sauce AND honey mustard. So looked at the website again and it was all wrong. I took it back up and not one but two ladies fought with me in front of other costumers that I was wrong. I showed them the website and she said the website was wrong. I felt pretty embarrassed and said I'm not looking for anything if I'm wrong. She did then make me a new sandwich without the honey mustard and the sandwich (almost) the right way was delicious. But whichever ever is right, honey mustard and BBQ sauce together is a crime.
Had a pretty bad experience the other day. I ordered a big Buford burger combo(double burger, fries, coke). I was handed the food and I drove away. As I was driving away I ate my fries first. Once done, I went to reach for my Buford. Instead I found the tiniest chicken sandwich I have ever seen. It was far too late, I was miles away. I paid far to much for something I did not order.

I have had many good experiences at this Rally's. The staff is always friendly, the burger ? and fries ? are excellent.
3rd time visiting this one fries are usually overcooked and very crunchy and other times it's cooked right 50/50 chance.Burgers: I'd say I've had no issues.Hotdog: lame and cold but good if cooked right .Chicken: crispy and crunchyService: slow even when not busy
Rally's in Fenton MI is great nothing like the area I attend frequently. The burgers was hot and fresh and juicy the fries was also tasty.Customer service was also great.?
