Person brought food was very rude when I ask for condiments and instead of placing in the bag threw them at bag making me pick them up off counter and floor
This is what my sandwich looked like today. The iced tea I ordered had so much ice in it, I had trouble getting the straw into the cup. I ended up with barely 8 oz of actual tea. I called, and I did get an apology, which I can appreciate, but my lunch is ruined! I guess there are worse things in life. But really, that much ice? Why? And, I hope the cook has a better day tomorrow!
Probably the grosses McDonald I’ve been in. The workers stood around on their phones and chatted! There was no napkins in the dispenser. The counter was terribly dirty. Carpets very dirty. Just looks like it could use some management!
No manners like pkease or thank you. I haven't seen this many miserable people in one place in years. Of coarse the food looks like they had my sandwich in tgeir pocket. What a pathetic excuse for a restaurant.
Their service has gotten much better.
Just drove thru and the cashier tried to pocket my change of $4. Bill was $6.45. Gave her $10.45. Got no change back. Waited in the cashier window. Finally she asked what I wanted...I said my $4 change would be nice. She said you gave me exact change...not unless they have a new $6 bill I did?? I'm like I gave you a single bill and exact change...how is that the exact amount.??? You would think a cashier would know how to receive payments and give change...not this Macdonalds. Always have issues here. Go down a block to A&W. Much better no issues.
This location has a kiosk that you order at, which I assumed would help streamline the process and make it quicker. I placed my order and then went up to the counter to pay. I waited for nearly 10 minutes before someone came to the register. And then another 10 minutes for my order to come up. 20 minutes... For 3 milkshakes! It was so ridiculous. We usually stop at this McDonald's on our way up north but we will skip this location and go somewhere else. It's a shame that this is what we've turned to.
Used to love the Big Mac but they have found a way to make the meat even thinner. Can hardly taste it! I'm done with McDonald's to expensive anyway!
Awesome employees, very friendly and the restaurant was spotless
