Been going here for a while in the morning's never had a problem until today. Placed my order thru the drive thru. When I paid for it I gave a 20 dollar bill for a3.28 meal because I didn't have anything else they gave me 6.72 back. When I told her I gave a 20 she said they have to count the drawer. Someone took 10 dollars because they said the drawer was accurate. I know I gave a 20 because I went to the bank and withdrew it and that was the only place I went.

We stopped by for lunch and they had the shamrock shake so we were excited. We ran a girl's shopping trip and my sister ordered a burger and I ordered the McChicken both were hot and good.

We frequent here quite often but last night our fries were so burnt and crisp they werent even edible they basically felt like veggie straws. Was very disappointed

Ordered a curbside because the appt wouldn’t allow me to select drive thru. The chick comes out vaping and starts throwing the bags at me and shoves the drinks I’m my car so hard I spilled one. She was very aggressive.

Running this place in the ground. Getting worse and worse. Now they’re even rude. I can get my ordered messed up and get treated like garbage at the same time. Smart remarks are unnecessary. Drive thru girl was pretty nasty to my wife for no reason. We will just avoid this place now.

We usually never get our full order here. I've never had issues with any of the employees, until tonight. My husband put in a big order and some of our items were missing. So I went up with the receipt explained to one of the employees over the box what happened and she was very nice. The employee at the window was not as nice. He asked for the amount and I said I had already paid for it and showed the receipt. Then he got an attitude saying I needed to tell him what was going on. My bad that I assumed employees working in the same building would talk to each other when problems with orders come up. I have no issues going back up to the store and getting what wasn't handed out the window. I understand mistakes happen and working in the fast food business is stressful enough without having a-hole customers complaining about forgotten items or incorrect burgers. Im assuming the guy at the window was a manager because he said he had to comp the meal and did it himself, that's usually something only a manager or shift supervisor is able to do. We will still go to this McDonald's of course since it's close and my kids are addicted to the happy meals, but I hope I don't have to deal with this employee again. If you don't like working with the public there are plenty of jobs out there that you can work behind the scenes. ?‍♀️

Classic McDonald's, the sign used to show off the sales but because of recent disputes about pay it no longer does. So with over 1 BILLION served at this location alone I feel they can afford higher wages and not just 50% an employee meal! This would incourage employees to maybe not serve cold food and the number of wrong orders given to customers would decrease. But that's just my opinion.

They messed my order up, then pulled me forward only to bring out my order, missing food, just to have to go in and grab it. Just to be missing more food. It was chaos.

Food was pretty good. Need employees. They are doing the best job possible.
