Our server was absolutely amazing. Food was authentic and tasted great.

The service was excellent...The food was not. 5 hours later I still have indigestion. The Rolls were underdone and gooey. Minestrone soup had very large pieces of crunchy celery. My dinner was eggplant with capellini and I ordered a side of meatballs. The red sauce was so salty I could not eat it. I forced myself to eat a meatball, which I now regret since my stomach is very upset. If the basic red sauce and bread are not good at an Italian restaurant, then what's the point. Hope the cook will taste the sauce before he sends it out for future. And if he did taste it...well he needs a new palate
It was our first time at Ciao, the first thing we noticed was how attentive the staff was, our waiter Chris was awesome he was on it, our service was friendly and our meal came out hot and tasty, definitely will be back

I find the food a bit pricey. I ordered a spaghetti for my daughter and it wasn't very much food for her and the sauce was watered down. I love my usual plate that I ordered though. I was asking the server if he had a kids menu and he said no, then told me what she could have. So I told him I will take the spaghetti for her before we ordered drinks. He said something like, slow down, take your time with a tone, let get your drinks first he said with an assertive tone. I was a server for years and would never talk to my guest like that. I found it set a weird rude tone to the experience. Especially when I know just for 3 people I will have to pay close $100 with tip included. So this time my experience wasn't that great, but the other times before it was better. The sides salads aren't that great either, I think some cheese and better lettuce would help.
My husband and I went for a date night and was super impressed. Might be our new favorite date spot. Can’t wait to go back
