Half the time this place is “closed”. The store hours say open but the workers just sit inside playing on their phones. They put a message on the drive thru telling people to come back another day because they are closed. Idk if they are just understaffed or if they just don’t wanna work. I would assume understaffed. Either way it’s better to save your time and try a different fast food place first.
Figured out how BK keeps prices somewhat low, at least lower than their McD competitor down the street on Owen rd. in Fenton (Who are on average a $1 more than every other McD's in area). Ordered two of there Croissants breakfast sandwiches and one had about half an egg and the other barely a quarter, literally a piece of scrambled egg about 1/16th of an inch thick. Not only are they already reduced by making them scrambled, now they do not even put a whole portion on it. What a con. Will never eat at a BK again,
I just got back from burger King with my order. I saw the new spicy Whopper melt and had to give it a try. I mean, its was part of a really good meal. Anyway, I get home open the bag and burger inside is NOTHING LIKE THE T.V. PICTURES. Seriously, it was toasted at all. It was cold like a left over in fridge. I don't recommend it all.
Staff was friendly but we ordered the new whopper melt and it was not cooked the buns where not even grilled like 2 pieces of white bread the cheese was not even melted. Please train your cooks and the manager or staff needs to check orders for quality. The food was not good.
Had the fish ? sandwich. Frys and a coke. Not messy or heavy. Good lunch time food. In and out quickly.Nice staff.
Slow service with way to talkative employees. Like it's important to be nice but I want my milkshake before it turns to liquid om the counter while I hear about how work is going
EXTREMELY RUDE!! I asked for a bacon cheeseburger meal and the girl taking my order refused to put it into a meal I didn’t care how much it cost me I just wanted my sandwich and fries and drink so after being refused to have my order my way which is the whole slogan of this company, I changed my order. Because of the rudeness I received over the speaker I asked to speak to a manager when I payed and I just asked her why I can’t have a bacon cheeseburger meal and she said I could and then I told her that the girl refused to do that and the moment I said that the manager got very rude with me. I will not be returning I work at a very local business and will be steering people clear of that Burger King. My order is #44 I hope you guys find friendlier people to work for you!
Lady with pigtail braids extremely rude and short with me when picking up mobile order. I didn't say the name fast enough. Apparently at BK that's cause enough to be rude
The two for $6 fish sandwiches were delicious! Manager a little rushed.
Extremely fresh buns/ two whoppers..tasted great..quick drive through service..Friendly!!
