We enjoyed our meal, ate all of our spicy wings and we brought our baby and he enjoyed bouncing on the booth! Our Waitress Gabby K, was so friendly. Great experience

The food is always great, however, the service is usually terrible. It's not just once in a while, but nearly every time we visit (which is often, since there aren't many similar food options in our area). There was even one visit that I didn't get my food!! I ordered my meal along with my wife and son. They brought the meals out for my wife and son, but told me mine would be out shortly. My wife and son were half way done with their dinner when I was told they didn't have any steak (I ordered a steak wrap) and asked if wanted something different. We were there for almost 1 hour already and with my family almost done eating, there wasn't any reason for me to eat my dinner there. The issue was brushed off like they didn't care.It seems often that we sit at a table and watch employees walk past us several times without approaching our table or greeting us at all. It's kind of a running joke with my wife, about how long we'll sit there without any service.

Hadn't been there in awhile. I remember liking the food before, but it was even better then I remembered!

do NOT eat at this location. there was my table and one more and we arrived almost two hours ago & ordered 45 minutes ago. our waitress had an AWFUL attitude and only came to our table one time. Once the food finally came out there were 4 pieces of hair in our wings. & then she also had a attitude about that. We left and will NOT return.

Unfortunately Google does not allow zero star reviews. I just had the worst dinner experience I think I have ever had outside of maybe a fast food restaurant. I am the easiest customer in the world to please. Just give me decent service, bring my food relatively quickly, make sure that my order is prepared the way that it is supposed to, and come back to my table as my drinks are starting to get low for refills and not only will I be happy, but I will tip 20% minimum. After a 40 minute wait, our food was brought out with my husband’s wings being cold, the burger that I ordered was so over cooked that it crumbled when I pulled the top bun off. The cheese on the top was melted, but the burger itself was cold. Which means it had been sitting for sometime. My husband was brought a new set of wings and I sent my burger back and requested to speak to a manager. I was offered a replacement meal of my choice at no cost. Our waitress only stopped at the table one more time just to make sure that my food was acceptable. I had to track her down when we were finished for the bill. Instead of just charging my husband for his food and my son’s, their two drinks, and my two beers our bill was so ridiculously itemized that it was not even funny. Essentially we had been charged for two orders of wings with only a five dollar discount. Which did not even cover the cost of his original order. $45 for garbage food and terrible service? I don’t think so. I took my bill up to the front after talking to a manager that still tried to itemize my bill instead of just giving me a new one. The manager was barely apologetic. So I ended up spending $33 on a hour and 45 minute experience with mediocre food at best and horrendous customer service. My husband and I used to come in to Buffalo wild wings and spend $100 on a Weekend night especially during hockey season. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. The food is terrible, the service is awful, and management does basically nothing to compensate for the awful service and terrible food.

We had such a great experience! The staff was very accommodating for a large group! Our food was served fast and the staff all wanted to make the experience as enjoyable as possible, especially Brooklyn who was our great waitress!

We were in a new town for us but love Buffalo Wild Wings so stopped here for dinner. There was 5 tables with dirty dishes on them when we got there and the whole hour and a half we were there they never got cleaned off. More people left while we were there and those tables weren't ever cleaned either. One table had food and drinks that waitresses and bartenders kept going to and chatting with each other and playing on their phones or snacking while there was tables not being helped. Many new people also walked in and were not greeted for quite some time. We would ask for a refill on drinks and our waitress would go back to that table and talk with her friends for 5 minutes before even going to the back to get the drinks for us. We decided to try new flavors and ordered a 20 piece wing with 2 flavors for my boyfriend and 2 for me. They all came on one tray touching and unlabeled and our waitress didn't know which was which. We tried one to test and it was already cold, we're assuming because the waitresses kept all going to this table to talk instead of making sure they got the food when it was ready. We asked to have them warmed up and they came back on a different tray drenched in sauce. When we asked for our check she again went to the other table to chat with her friends for 5 minutes before going and getting it for us. Overall we had a very disappointing experience with this Buffalo Wild Wings.

Omg I had the best drink called “Spiked Football”. You have to try it. I had the best service from Jarod and Jonathan!

Listen, when I say my man Kam at this B Dubs better buy a fit bit cause he's going the EXTRA MILE. Our service was top tier, he was kind and considerate and I was never left wanting. This might be my best Buffalo Wild Wings experience by FAR, others should take notes. Thank you, Kam, and the other wonderful employees at this safe haven of a restaurant.

Cold food all around, refills on drinks always late, no silverware, wings not spun. Manager does a half hearted apology in about 5 seconds. This place has tanked over the years but this is the worst.
