This is one of our favorite Biggbys in the area! The staff members here are GENERALLY friendly. The drinks and bragels are SOMETIMES better at this location, service seems more speedy, and they're located just down the street from Bush Park! UPDATED EDIT - OK so I've noticed it's better or worse depending on the staff that day. Today the drink cups had syrup running down the sides (with no napkins given as well as no straws), the egg/ cheese on the bragel was cold to the touch. NO it wasn't busy - just really depends on who's working.

Definitely love the friendliness of the locations staff. New to working in the area and it's a great place. If you like white mocha, I recommend the white lightening cold brew. ?

Typical coffee shop with fast, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I had put $ on a gift card and when I tried to use it the $ was not there, but upon speaking to other employees they knew of the computer glitch and had my $ set aside for me. Love this place. The staff is always willing to help with flavor combos, and their coffee selection is vast.
Usually a good experience here. I would give it like a 9/10, but that's not an option so 5 it is!

Go to Fenton location almost daily and today, Sunday December 12th, went and ordered my frozen coconut latte and when they gave it to me, it was only two thirds filled….at least charge me for the lesser amount. My husband and I laughed, but when you pay for a 24 ounce coffee you should get it!
Adjusted my review from 4 stars to 1 star. They went from being consistently good to consistently messing up every single order. Idk if it's new management or what but this locations quality has vastly lowered.
