Our server was so friendly. We had to leave in a hurry but she took great care of us. The favor was returned :)
Donovan took care of us on our most recent visit, and it was the gentleman's fourth day on the job. He was an excellent server, worked with us on our order for our family of four with such ease that we never would've guessed he was recently hired! We love this place and will continue to be repeat customers.
Food is okay had the French onion soup with my meal and wasn't up to my liking but the service was friendly and the food came out and a decent time all in all not a bad experience
Prompt but haphazard service. No physical menus were initially offered. We were expected to scan a QR Code with our phones to look at a menu... So we did, begrudgingly. The server eventually arrived and took our food order. Both of our meals were ordered correctly but one was prepared incorrectly due to extra undesired ingredients. Ugh. My beverage had undesired ingredients as well, aka soap bubbles. A thoroughly unenjoyable experience.Things were, at least, kept interesting by the lights inexplicably turning off and on but only at our table.We brought these things to our servers attention as they happened.They were all acknowledged. No apologies were offered, just the bill. At least that was correct. We paid and fled.
Boneless chicken wings and drinks were really good, the servers were really polite and the drinks were awesome!
Great food, nice waitresses. Have had one bad experience there because of a not so great waitress but other than that I highly recommend going
We haven't been to Applebee's for quite some time, and were out shopping late, so we decided to give it a shot. It was around 8:30pm, so they weren't even close to closing time, but the server seemed as though she was trying to hurry us along. My wife ordered the whiskey burger (it looked incredible in the menu), when she got it it looked pathetic... She also requested mayo for the burger, and the waitress forgot it, and after about 5 minutes of her dropping the food off, my wife asked a random waitress for some Mayo. The waitress brought back Mayo PACKETS! I ordered the Alfredo broccoli with blackened shrimp, and I asked to have extra Alfredo sauce, mushrooms & tomatoes added. When they brought my food, the fettuccini was dry, and when I lifted the noodles there was no visible Alfredo sauce (It literally looked like they microwaved it). The mushrooms & tomatoes were thrown on top, and they were completely raw! I called the waitress back over (because she walked away as soon as she dropped it off), and at first I only noticed the lack of sauce (let alone EXTRA Alfredo sauce), so I mentioned that there wasn't extra sauce, and she brought me back a plastic cup with Alfredo sauce in it!!!). When she did bring the sauce I told her that the mushrooms were raw, and she said "oh, you wanted them sauteed?". So they "remade" my dish, and when it was brought back it was SWIMMING in Alfredo sauce. It was soup. Needless to say, I'll never go back to an Applebee's as long as I live.
Consistently good as always! We've been coming here since they opened. Good service and food.
You have to wonder what it takes to make food this bad. Even on my worst day I could cook better than the stuff they served us. Used to really like this Applebee's but after 3 strikes, they are out. First time I thought it was just a fluke that the food wasn't cooked well and tasted bad. Second time was really annoying. I should have quit coming here then but the Third time was the worst. They just don't care anymore whether they have customers or not.
My wife and I had the tomato soup and enjoyed it very much. Our waitress was very responsive and friendly. Pricing was reasonable. We were greeted at the front door by a very nice young man. Restaurant and tables are very clean and the atmosphere was upbeat. All in all, a very nice experience.
