For anyone who has eaten White Castle, you know that it's basically the same EVERY SINGLE TIME which is one of the reasons that it gets the high rating from me. When you want a slider, you know where to go. The other reason for my 5 star review is that my online order was not processed but when i arrived the manager was more than happy to get my large order together in a very timely manner.
Most of the food was 'warm' (except the fries) and the wait was ridiculous...almost 40 minutes! I don't usually go here and this is a primary reason why I don't. There were 3-4 employees standing around in the drive thru window area just talking. Not at all professional and non caring of the customer who spent over $30. The way employees are treating these jobs nowadays I don't see some of these places remaining open too much longer. Most importantly the employee serving us seemed like they HATED being there and was not personable at all. SMHUpdate: I completed feedback via online and awaiting a response per the owners request.
Drive-thru is slow. Go inside, if possible, for quicker service.Workers are friendly and accommodating.Sliders are always hot and fresh.Skip the 1921 burger, it was waaayyy overcooked and practically inedible.
this place needs to be closed. the worst experience at any restaurant anywhere. food was awful. drink was just as bad. 35min in line, to find 3 employees BSing inside. dirty, slow. do not eat here. you will get sick.never going back. has almost turned me off white castle forever. i have never written a comment like this before. this place is a danger.
Whenever I go through this White Castle hear these young ladies are professional. They understand where we ordering. They varies. They say please and thank you. They really really do a good job. They are older crowd of women so I think that's why they do such a good job and me and so I just want to appreciate them. I just I go there when I leave my doctor's appointment
Ordered a #2 and ate one. The meat was ummm idk if you’d call it that. Ended up vomiting as a result. Never had a bad experience at White Castle before. I don’t live near any so when I was here on business I was so excited to get my hands on some…never again. Check your food
Took awhile to take my order or even come to speaker in drive thru but my fish nibbles was hot but the burgers had no taste
I ordered the 1921 combo. The sandwich did no have all the condiments on it and the meat was extremely dry. It looked like a hockey puck. I was very disappointed. Will not suggest that menu item.
Always take forever no matter how many cars are in the drive thru. It’s like all they do is play around in there. Not to mention that most of the cashiers have a bad attitude.
Always very busy but they try hard for good service, food was good.
