Why does the Farmington Hills recording say you're open, BUT YOU'RE NOT?! ? Plus, I heard that that metro Detroit locations are NOT honoring the 35th anniversary, $3.99 deal, anyways. You do realize if that is the case, it's called FALSE ADVERTISING, right?! Keep this garbage up, and you won't be around for 36 years! I won't be trying again with this business!
Stopped in today, grabbed a 24' pie. This is the biggest pizza I have ever seen. And its delicious. Great prices Mom and Pa type of shop.
Ever since this place has been under new ownership it has been terrible customer service! Last time coming to this location. I called asking did I receive extra cheese like I ordered and the person who is a guy came to the phone saying he makes all the pizzas and when it say extra cheese that’s what he does. I went to explain how when I ordered extra cheese it was never any gasp in the pizza (reason why I order extra cheese) he went on saying don’t call me a liar and if I want my money back to bring the pizza back.. with Covid? & I am paying customer? Never. I simply will not be coming back and hope they switch owners again! Oh I forgot to mention he hung up on me while I was talking. Never disrespectfully and rude. Whatever you do, do not eat at this location
I’ve ordered twice from delivery platforms now and never received the pizza. You call and they won’t answer the phone but will mark your order as “complete” even though you never get it you can’t order from them because they don’t answer.
Your phones are non functional, going straight to voicemail and informing customers that the store is closed during regular business hours. Am I the only person who prefers to call in for delivery?
I take care of a 90 year old women with Dementia. I can't leave!! I order over doordash and after two hour still no pizza. When I called I sat on hold forever and noone ever answered ?. My poor lady was super upset and couldn't understand. We were excited to try a new place. We are going back to Buddy's. We won't be back!!

Tried this place on a whim a few months ago and thought the pizza was great. Had the lunch slice deal and loved the larger pizza size.Fast forward a few weeks and the lunch special has changed to a smaller slice but the price is the same? I've also tried calling numerous times to place an order but no one answers the phone. I would rate higher if I could actually submit an order.
Wouldn’t accept my order and wouldn’t answer the phone. I would normally think that they’re closed for the holiday weekend, but they didn’t have pick up times available yesterday on the 4th, but they did today. They have no issue charging me a bunch of times while never accepting the order. I never got in touch with anyone. I am still awaiting all refunds. I was super excited for eating a childhood staple, too bad.
