Worst service. My hot latte is very cold. Drive through employee was rude.
Went to drive thru at 5:15pm..was told " I'm only doing drinks" by a annoyed worker...I said so No donuts or anything period to eat? She said no again with some more annoyance.. Then another worker came on ..ordered 2 vanilla lattes....absolutely horrible....watered down and tasted old. We had to throw them after first sip...6 dollars in the garbage...was also told they were closing because they ran out of all food..from a to z. If that was the case they should have just said we are closed and not served us at all, instead of serving leftover watered down coffee lattes that tasted beyond awful!!! Never Again!
Coffee. The role up to win cup app sucks. Please bring back the old way.
My husband and I would get coffee here every morning. One week we received curdled creamer, thought it was a fluke, we got it again - super gross you could tell it had expired or went bad. Very disappointing. Now most mornings are “cash only” and you aren’t told until you are at the window.
The worst customer service I have every experienced. The staff are always rude and short when taking orders at the driveway. They shut down before they are actually closed. They close at 2pm and I had arrived at 1:45pm, pulled up to the drive thru, and was greeted with a very rude "were closed". That is not the first time that has happened either.
My order is wrong almost every time I go here. It’s coffee. How can you mess up coffee? Order a coffee with vanilla. Get a coffee with no vanilla. Order a vanilla cream cold brew and just get a regular iced coffee. Ask for 3 sugars and get no sugars. Come on. How hard is it to get an order right???!!

Employee at the drive through menu was very rude to me just now. Cancelled my order and drove to the Dunkin Donuts a quarter mile down 10. Have a nice pandemic jerks.
The coffee is always hot and fresh.However, this store has limited hours and is usually only open from 5:00am - 2:00pm.I use the Tim Horton's app to earn points and for their daily/weekly specials.Be prepared to wait as this store is currently drive-thru only and the line can stretch all the way out onto 10 mile road.
Poor management and experience of handling customers. I asked for small coffee mocha and they just gave me half small cup hot chocolate.
