Went to this location 4/22/22 drive thur line was very long so I went inside 2 men had just gotten off and I was waiting with another woman of color no one would take are order I asked if some could help us I was told by one of the workers that I should have stayed in my car why would I come inside they are only focusing on drive-through orders and it will be a very long time before they would service us we advised them that the orders were placed online and it was just for a cup of coffee she stated she didn’t care go back and get in your car I asked for the manager’s name and the corporate phone number she told me no and go back and get in my car they would not service us one of the men who just got his coffee ask the woman are you saying that because they are black she said go back and get in your car it was the Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life
I have ordered the breakfast sandwiches many times but the eggs have a greenish shade in the yolk. The texture is odd too. I often have to toast the English muffin because it is not toasted enough. I have tried to give them many chances but it has not improved.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! This location has the rudest staff I have ever seen. After messing up my order, the worker with the horribly done eyebrows told me that they gave me exactly what I had asked for. When I told them that I hadn't ordered what they gave me, the lady at the window said "What am I supposed to do about it?" and slammed the window shut. Never coming here ever again.
This place is RUDE. The workers would not even speak to me for several minutes. The workers kept working. Rude. When I asked for service the 4 workers never responded. I walked out and the worker said bye. I will never support a place like this. RUDE andTerrible Service
Absolutely terrible. Got a dozen donuts with only 2 kind. Called and talked to Sonya who told me to come back through. Did that and the other staff refused to honor what she said, even after I gave all the information. Ridiculous, not to mention how they spoke to me with my young son in the car. Never again.
Unfortunately you’ll only be able to use the drive though at this location. Going inside you’ll be redirected back outside or have to suffer long waits.
The bagel and coffee were great as always, but the app offering the special for 1.00 bagel with cream cheese I had activated on the app didn't work here? The cashier said she scanned my app and it's not applying? So had to pay full price, I actually only ordered because of special limited time price offer. Oh well.
I know it gets busy and workers might be frustrated, but it seems like the female workers get annoyed all the time and I say that because I never had issues with the male workers. They sound rude, and you can tell they are annoyed when talking to you. Customer service isn't that great.
They got my order right (this time) except one thing. The reason this one item issue deserves a 1 star review is because this isn’t the first time. Everytime I ask for a French Vanilla iced coffee it’s always different. Never the same, no consistency.I usually get a combo and get a hash brown 100% off the time without fail I get what seems to be an old hash brown. Stale. Hard. Tastes like a French fry from McDonald’s that was sitting at the side of the fryer all day. As I’m typing this I just now drank from my coffee and it tastes like burn water. I don’t even know how that’s possible. I just get a taste of burn bread through the whole taste of the sip. Without fail. This location always disappoints. I will be going from now on to Starbucks. Yes it’s more. Yes it’s out of my way. But at least I get consistent flavor and not questionable if they clean since there is still a half ripped off Christmas sign beginning FEB 1st that tells me they do things by cutting corners and they don’t clean. There are other issues with attitudes and customer service but I’ll let that slide since we are still in a pandemic. I am Disappointed and management should be aswell.
This Tim Hortins location is my favorite. Mike and his wife go out of their way to make this location friendly and fun to visit. They know to extra stir my coffee. You feel welcomed, coffee is always hot
