“Inside or mobile orders only” is what the employee with the red hair shouted through the drive thru speaker followed by “PULL UP, NO DRIVE THRU ORDERS”. Placed a mobile order. Waited 20 mins. Went inside and was told I had the wrong location, when it was indeed correct. Waited five more minutes to talk to another staff member. Told the staff it was literally the address they just told me. “Well I don’t have it on my mobile order screen.” Despite the app saying my order was completed, they claimed they somehow didn’t get my order. Then I was told to wait five more minutes “in case it pops up….haha….IF it pops up.” Didn’t get a refund or food at all. It’s called fast food for a reason. I literally had time to ground my own beef and make my own tacos with the time I wasted waiting at this store on its rude employee - specifically the one with the red hair.
For a Taco Bell, the quality of food was cold and tasted subpar, the girl at the drive through spoke in a rude tone and didn’t take orders well either.
Food was good except nacho chips tasted like a chemical was on them??? On the upside it was very quick service. And the young man in drive thru was very nice.
The nacho chips don't taste the same.The cheesy fiesta potatoes taste old and hard. I could not feed that to my baby. The hard taco supreme is still good.
I am not sure of her name but the lady that waited on us tonight was phenomenal. More people need to be this nice in the customer service industry. You guys are lucky to have her. We were there at 11:38 on.
So i just left, got home an found that my order was incorrect, this is the 3rd time this has happened at this location in the past 3 months. There is a taco bell on haggerty after you cross M5, much better service. I will be going there from now on.
Why is this place even open? I ordered ahead of time via the app to dine in. I get there, and of course, the dining room is closed. Although the line was wrapped around, it moved pretty quickly. I soon found out why. When I got home with my food, I immediately noticed it wasn't even warm. Upon inspection, the tacos were soggy and room temperature. It was very obvious they made the order when I sent it instead of at the pick up time. The food was inedible. At least I have my drink right? Oh, no straw. This place was good a year or so ago, they are absolute trash now. Do not order from here. The owner should be ashamed.
Closed down the drive thru and forced inside ordering during a pandemic. Gross. Will never go here again.
Pretty consistent quality (good), a little slower than average in the drive through. Workers have always been courteous and friendly.
Average tb staff is cool . We need late hours again come workers come back
