I like Taco Bell. But I will never visit this particular place. Their service is poor and they don't know how to provide customer service. I waited for a long time for a drive through order. And then when they were ready to take my order and I started placing it, they interrupted me again and told me to wait. I didn't quite hear that and continued with the order and she rudely asked me to stop. The person in window didn't hear my order properly and later tried to make fun of my accent and said how I can't pronounce the order right.This is my second time with a bad experience. The last time I was in this store the employees were kicking and fighting amongst each other and cops had to be called to stop the fight. So do yourself a favor and stay away from this store!!!!
SUPER SUPER RUDE STAFF. Came in for in- store pickup after placing my IN-STORE PICKUP online order. They locked the doors. When I tried calling them to tell them my situation (had a dog with anxiety in the car who hates drive-thru), they hung on me. They then proceeded to stand indoors and laugh at me as I repeatedly tried to call. After 5 minutes, 1 lady came outside and said I would have to go through drive-thru because they are understaffed. Told her my dog does not do well in drive-thru and if she could just put it out by the door, I could grab it. She said NO. Had to go to a drive-thru line that had 15+ cars wrapping around the building. At this point its 15 minutes past when my order was to be ready. Took another 40 to get to the drive-thru window, where the man yelled at me for not being able to hear me since my dog was barking. As stated above, I said that was going to happened, due to his anxiety. He proceeded to tell me that me and my dog were not welcome here. After waiting over 40 minutes in drive-thru my entire order was not even ready and had to wait an additional 10 min, for half my order. If you are understaffed change something and do not allow online orders. Furthermore, be patient with a customer's that come on a regular because they are being patient with you. I will never be coming to this location AGAIN.
Treated us poorly. Our friend has a dog with anxiety who she was taking care of and went thru their drive through by force because they wouldn’t give her online order by the door and wouldn’t listen about why she couldn’t go thru drive thru because her dog barks and can be scary to people. She tried to call them outside when they wouldn’t open the door, they would pick the phone up, hang up and laugh in front of her. They said they were understaffed, that doesn’t make up for their total lack of empathy.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If this is an independent franchisee they are the the most incompetent, lazy and idiotic owners that can be; conversely if this is a corporate owned location. The drive thru has been closed for three weeks. The reason? They only have five working staff (worker was sure to inform me of that;abrasively). It would be more efficient, if you only have only five working staff, to open the drive thru and close the lobby related orders (for both consumer and employee----who now have to clean and maintain the lobby). Or, crazy idea, pay living wages to your staff to recruit people that dont feel like that job would be a burden and provide better prospects to their livelihood!. Just a thought. Go to the Haggerty rd location as they are always on point for cheap, gotta have that trash type tacos.

Maybe they have a typo on google or their window but they are never open at 7 or even 730 and they can be real jerks about it. This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell in south eastern michigan. Even the other fast food places around it make fun of how terrible they are.
Taco Bell is always a good place to hit when you get a late nite craving for something spicy...its pretty regular for my weekly stops
No one ever shows up to work. The staff only takes online orders, and as of recently the staff was sleeping in the lobby instead of taking orders and doing their job. By far the worst fast food restaurant in the area.
You guys use to have good service now it’s like your only accpecting cash or I’ll get the wrong order smh I understand times are tuff but come on get it together
It has been consistently a bad experience at this location. From the usual messed up orders to recently going though the drive though and being told I have to pull around to the parking lot to do a mobile order then go though the drive though again. This was because they were " only taking mobile orders". I already waited though the line once I'm not going to park order on my phone and go back though the line.
