I was in line for the drive-thru, but it was taking 10Min per car. I got out of line and order from a parking space on the app. I waited for the pickup time only to find out that the door’s locked and it’s drive through only. I was still charged $9.50 and couldn’t use the drive-thru, as the line then had 20+ cars! Where’s my money?! Why is the app allowing in-store pickup when the store isn’t open?!
Another favorite Starbucks location of mine, this location the staff is always super friendly. One day while I was waiting for my drink in the Drive-Thru the barista gave me a compliment and then told me that it was going to be a great day...that's the kind of hype I need in my life in the morning! Even when the drive-thru line is long it does move pretty fast and I rarely have an issue with my drink.
It is open! You can sit down with real people! If course the coffee is fine and service friendly. I remember when it was a dollar. Oh well, I guess they feel like they are saving the planet with our money.

I gave two stars because everyones pretty friendly. However, when I arrived there was no line inside or outside. At max their was one car at the window. There were eight employees working at the time, which is great in the midst of there being a shortage all over. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for my drink. It's like, what are all of these people doing? Eight people working, no line.... It was like they were just walking in circles doing a whole lot of nothing. I feel bad to write this review, but they need to get it together. It's been over a year since I've been here. At least back then it was extremely crowded, so you expected a wait. There is no excuse for the long wait period today. I am guessing there is a management issue.
Not your typical Starbucks top notch fast service. Only had like 7 cars in line and took very long to clear the line. Need either more staff or better trained staff.
This location absolutely despises their customers. They open and close at the most ridiculous random hours! Plus they hire elitist and entitled staff that really just can’t be bothered!! My next visit is debatable!
Need to update their hours they do not close at 0930 pm. Here at 0630 pm and they are clearly closed.
I asked for coconut milk in my coffee and when I got home found there was none added. Pretty disappointing, considering the sticker on the cup even had it listed.
Beware - Waited in drive-thru line along with dozen other cars for 40 mins only to find out they were closed at 10:40am on a Saturday. Apparently no one showed up to work. No signage indicated they were closed.I recommend going to Farmhouse Coffee just East on 12 Mile. They are a locally-owned neighborhood coffee shop with posted hours and friendly staff!!
