The counters were dirty with spilled drinks and sticky. The area were the mobile order are kept had spilled coffee all over it. It needs to be cleaned more often. The cups are sitting on those dirty counters. It just takes a few minutes to wipe them off.
This location is my least favorite to go to. Drive through is a disaster, it backs up to the point of blocking the driveway constantly. It always seems messy inside, sticky counter and trash on the floor. Drinks left from hours ago still sitting on the counter. They mess up my order more times than getting it right. The coffee just doesn't taste right. Corporate took care of the issues I had but I won't be returning to this location.
My breakfast wrap (egg & feta) was cold and tasted as if it had been sitting. They ran out of lemonade at 11:30 am....the alternative was not to my liking. I feel like I wasted my money.
The staff members were SO sweet and kind❤️ They were extremely busy; however, they were patient, knowledgeable and WOW...the young lady making the beverages KNOWS her STUFF!! Fast and ACCURATE ?
After placing my order i waited 20 minutes and still hadn’t received it. This Starbucks was giving people who came after me their orders first because those orders were “easier”

Slowest starbucks ever. Ran in to order due to drive through line very long. They didnt have any registers opened. Hopped back in my car, since I dont have the app loaded on my phone, since this should have been faster. Well here we are 15 minutes later and I finally got my coffee. I will not be back at this location
Busy location. Usually need to order on the app and pickup inside for Best service. The inside ordering can be turned off with Short staff. Coffee was good and staff was friendly. Tip your barista!!
Bought a Nitro Cold brew online, and when I got there, they poured my Nitro Cold Brew from a beer tap, added the foam and handed it over. Long story short, it never settled properly and ended up being a regular iced coffee with really heavy foam at the top...At my favorite Middlebelt location they do it right. I can take a picture of my cup and it will look exactly like the photo on the app. Don't know what they did wrong here, but after ordering a second for my wife (after I arrived for the app order), neither turned out right!
