Jay was very unhelpful in resolving our issue. Ordered food at 737 pm per my phone log and it's 9:30pm and we still have NO food. Called the restaurant and worked with several rude folks who basically told us nothing they can do. We could "send the food back" never using this pizza chain again. About a dozen other chains that are more reliable and taste better. Hungry? Howies. That's the call from here on out.

Whatever they are doing to the Italian dressing they need to knock it off. It tastes like mayo and clearly something is being mixed in with the dressing to saturate it. Its a hallmark of papa Romanos and shouldn't be tampered with. I could only imagine what's being done to the rest of the food to cheapen it. I asked for corporate because i was refused an explanation or refund and they refused to give me a contact number. Wonder why?Shame. Won't be coming back. Don't forget who keeps you in business. Hint. The customer! NOT YOUR PROFIT MARGINS and total disregard for quality. Highly Disappointed! I order frequently from this location "ONLINE ORDERS" I get the same thing every-time. Greek Large Salad and a Veggie Sub with no green peppers. Today I ordered the items on line, when i get to the store im expecting my food to be ready since i per-order 25 minutes in advance. I get there Brian pointed out on the receipt do i want ROMAINE in my salad. I said um yes the only thing i do not want is beets, and peppers. I was on my lunch break at that, i get back home to pig out and as soon as i open my salad container there is long strand of Blonde hair all up in the salad wrapped around the black oval size olives. "That ticked me off" I went to open up my sub and there was two pieces of white strands of hair in my sub. An my dressing for my salad should have been GREEK DRESSING i was given some orange color dressing. I have never had a problem with this location up until today. I called of coarse and he agreed to re-making my order, my thing is "ARE HAIR NETS BEING ENFORCED?" That baffled me because for one i now have to drive back up there to get my order correctly made. This will be by last visit at this location. Highly disappointed.
My go to pizza place and favorite Papa Romano's location since I moved to this area a little over a year ago. Love it!
