It took me 20 minutes just to order my food because the two people that were working the register apparently couldn't understand English. After dealing with that my receipt correctly reflected what I had ordered and upon recieving my food I looked in the bag to make sure everything was there, and it all looked right so I left to head back to work. As soon as I get back to work to start eating I realize that every single item that I ordered was completely wrong so I ended up throwing it all away. Essentially I spent $54.43 and the only thing I got out of it was the lemonade that I filled up myself, and the rest was garbage. Worst money I've ever spent and won't be back.
We order for pickup every time we visit, and the food (which tends to be heavily modified) is always done right. The inisde has been messy in the past, but I have no complaints about accuracy or speed
Slowest panera I've ever been to. Plenty of people inside cleaning, but only one person doing orders apparently. Won't ever be back.
It is unfortunate that they were not able to find enough people to work that day. The manager and others tries thejr best though.
A newer, rennovated inside and a quick drive thru. Service is always friendly and prompt
They weren't able to substitute a fried egg for the scrambled egg. Said they don't have it anymore. The other Panera 3 miles away has it so I don't know but I'll never come back here again the scrambled egg is gross
The staff is really nice and polite at this location. Ordered from this place 15-20 times and have never been disappointed!Ample seating available with lots of parking space as well.
Drive through employee was very polite and pleasant. Food was good and as ordered. Always feel it's a little pricey.
Love Panera, hate this location. I've ordered food 3 times at this location and they have forgotten food EVERY single time. Previous visit they forgot an entire sandwich... Check your food before you leave.
We frequently order pick up from this location and at least 3/4 of the time, something is missing. We should check before we leave the store, but it’s just ridiculous how often there is an item missing. We’d have stopped going to this location awhile ago, but the one on Orchard Lake in West Bloomfield is even less reliable. It’s not a staffing issue—it was like this well before the current staffing shortages. Whoever handles the pick up orders just can’t be bothered to check to make sure they’re complete.
