How this place isn't selling stacks of pizza all day and all night is a mystery to me. Great food for very reasonable prices, also exceedingly good service/nice staff. The M&B Rueben is so gd delicious I can't really describe it in words - comes packaged in paper with twine holding it shut and oil just soaking through. Order it, eat it, thank me later. This place is one of Michigan's hidden gems.
Excellent!My friend and I stopped in from out of town and was pleased with with the food and friendly service!We both had their yummy cheeseburgers. The burger was well-seasoned and gushing with juicy goodness, the homemade cheese was buttery, gooey, and mildly tangy, and the bun was melt-in-your-mouth soft! Not to mention, he specially made us a medley of beautiful and bright veggies! The highlight of our visit was the warmth we felt from both the owner and his sweet mama!Thanks so much for the experience! Find us if you're ever in the South!
I’m an avid traveler and a foodie. This place has the best food in Farmington Hills. Small and very ducked off but it deserves more attention. You won’t regret trying out everything on the menu…and the people are awesome as well. 10 thumbs up! ??
Wow! That was an amazing experience. The Reuben was excellent, and the fries were so crispy and delectable. After a brief conversation with the owner, found out he makes the corned beef himself and it’s not just your run of the mill sandwich. Also, he researched where the best potato for fries come from and spends over 5 hours preparing them in batches. Everything looks and tastes great and you can tell it’s quality. I love finding hidden gems like this.
I love the food here. I have tried the pizza and the steak sandwich. The presentation is great. The taste us great the pizza is so unique and so yummy. The people working here are super nice and friendly. I recommend trying their food and especially Nutella pizza it's so good.
Mitten and Boot Cafe is absolutely amazing!!! If you are like me and looking for great Italian food but would like to avoid the craziness of other large commercial restaurants then stop going to those places and come here. Mitten and Boot is a welcome addition to Farmington Hills.Every time I've have stopped in, I'm pleased to see Chef Mike and his mother working hard to make great food. They are very friendly and make some of the most authentic home cooking I've ever gotten from a restaurant. I strongly recommend the Chicken alla boot as well as the Alexander Sammie. Just do yourself a favor and get the meal deal and top it off with the Canolis. I'm looking forward to trying the potato pizza on my next visit.The only thing that I would say could be improved on is having a little more space to dine in. There are some tables and chairs but it would be nice to really be able to sit down and enjoy the meal in a full restaurant setting while fresh from the kitchen. Regardless of that, I will gladly continue to return for some of the best takeout meals I could ever get.Thanks for bringing your skills and talents to Farmington Hills. Keep up the great work ? ?
