I would give them zero stars if I could. I was here on 5/5/22.The drive thru was super busy so I ordered curbside. Waited for 1/2 hour and nobody ever came out. The lobby was closed and they would not answer the phone. They actually took it off the hook. I had already paid for my order so I had no other option than to wait in the drive thru line. Waited another 1/2 hour. They completely messed up my order. The most terrible experience at a McDonald's ever. The employees were rude - no apologies for the insanely long wait. Seriously - waited over an hour for a Happy Meal and chicken sandwich - I was given chicken nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich instead. I emailed the corporate office and they referred me back to this location. The manager offered me a free meal. What a joke! I will never visit this location again!
This is the most disappointing McDonald's that I believe is in this area of West Bloomfield never ever gets your order right you're spending between $30.00& 40.00 at lunch time and they don't even get your order correctly I wish someone would learn to train the people to pay attention and quit clowning around this is horrible and I'm praying that the McDonald's Corporation franchise see this comment and do something about it it's horrible. Also when you call the number that they have listed on the window at their service food service if the mailbox is full that's horrible horrible franchise please get this corrected
The most trash McDonald's I've ever lived near. Food consistently old and cold when you can get any, and the place hasn't been open 24h in 2+ years despite still saying that here and on the sign. The staff seems to quit taking orders and shut the lights off to discourage people coming thru anywhere between 7-9 pm.
Wow, just when I thought McDonald’s couldn’t get worse, they did. The guy at the window in the drive through doesn’t know how to take an order right whatsoever. I ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave me a McDouble, then ordered a LARGE lemonade and they gave me a medium. They obviously don’t listen to the customer’s order. I’m on a time crunch and couldn’t have my order fixed so I had to leave without getting exactly what I wanted. So disappointing.
Says open and says 24 hours at 4:30 am and therea people inside too walking around not even answering the drive through not the first time very upset
You can't really rate a McDonald's unless the service was lousy. I just purchased fries cuz I was hungry... they were good and hot... drive through, decent service. That is all.??
If you value good customer service, PLEASE avoid this location until Management or McDonalds corporate gets involved and rectifies the issues. I can see why it's rated so poorly here. Very unfortunate!
This place is extremely understaffed. Pulled up to the speaker at around 11:15pm and nobody was ready to take my order. Waited 5 minutes and pulled up to the last window. I was greeted by an employee that said," unfortunately all we are doing right now are fries and nuggets......there is only 2 of us working." I then left after that. Corporate needs to look into this franchise. Should not be a "24hrs" location.
I frequently visit this location. Last night was my last time. I orde6r two Happy Meals for kids and when I got home to feed my kids, there was only fries in the Happy Meal Boxes. Never Again!!!!!
Without a doubt the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Consistently glacial speed for both taking orders and serving food. Orders are frequently incorrect, and the staff are utterly unapologetic. I have written this review from the drive-thru while parked at the speaker waiting to order. It has been over 10 minutes and not a peep so far. Having come to this McDonald's about 10 times since moving to this area, I would describe only one visit as fully satisfactory.
