Don't charge me extra for a 2nd type of dipping sauce for nuggets, actually have ketchup, and give me a receipt so I can fill out the survey! Maybe even actually mix up the Oreos into the Mcflurry. Worst franchise in the state!

Literally the worst fast food experience ever. I ordered on the mobile app. I waited at the curbside pick up for over 10 minutes. I ended up calling the store and talking to the manager. She said there was no record of my order. I went into the store and she realized that they did have record of the order but then she told me that they didn’t have enough employees to do curbside delivery. When I asked for the food to be remade because it had been sitting there for over 10 minutes and looked disgusting I got a lot of push bag. I then asked for a refund and got pushback again and was told I had to contact customer service for a refund.

This is a terrible McDonalds. We waited for ten minutes in line and then were told to pull off to a parking space to wait for fresh fries. After 15 minutes of waiting, I went in to get our food. There were a bunch of other people waiting with no one at the counter. Once a manager appeared, I got nothing but attitude regarding my order. It shouldn’t take a half hour for fast food. Avoid this location if you can. Not worth the hassle. Our order wasn’t even right and the fries were terrible.

Horrible service every time. Staff turn over rate is horrible as well so every day it's a new level of incompetence at the window and on the grill. Whether it's debating on how many packs of jelly you can have in the breakfast or whether you really told them no mayo.... the only guarantee you will get from this place is frustration.

I hate coming here. The worst Mc Donald’s. One time I ordered a large coffee and they tried to convince me that the medium they gave me was the large because they ran out of large cups. Mary was so rude last time I went and I didn’t expect that from her. I was trying to tell her my door dash number and she cut me off and yelled at me to go to the last window. Not sure what happened but this place sucks now. Needs better attitudes for sure.

Literally always an issue at this place. Out of beef, cash registers aren't working, drive thru speaker is broken, oops gave you the wrong order. I've never once walked away from this location being satisfied. No clue how they're still in business as this has been the norm at that location for years.

Stopped in on a Wednesday at 6pm. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the speaker. Only 2 cars in line. We were told they were only servicing Door Dash. REALLY? PUT UP A SIGN - OR WOULD THAT BE TOO MUCH WORK? If you can't service the public anymore - close up.

Although there were only 3 cars in front of me, I had to wait 16 minutes. Since they do not have 4D meal or any spicy chicken sandwiches, I ordered 4B meal with one Buffalo sauce. I was charged $0.25 for the sauce! The chicken sandwich had nothing but a piece of chicken. The meal did not include any napkins. I found all that after I drove away. It was an awful experience.

This location has usually been very quick and accurate. It's McDs done right. The 5th star is only missing because I'm still sore that all of the Playland's are closed indefinitely.

One of the most incompetent and disappointing businesses I've ever been to. Notice I say business and not McDonald's. Pick one or a few issues whether it's long wait time, wrong orders, inconsistent food, or just aloof employees. I'd rather spend twice as much down the road at any other fast food spot or even drive to another location of theirs just to avoid this place.
