I'm generally a McDonald's fan, but I have to say that this wasn't a great experience. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese at the drive thru. It took a very long time, and when I stopped to eat it, there was ketchup all over the outside of the bun. I definitely did not tip it while driving. It looked deliberate to me. There was no receipt or napkins in the bag.
My choice was between this McDonald’s and the Middle Eastern restaurant across the street. Luckily for me, they made my choice very easy. Dining room is closed with no sign indicating so. Drive through barely moved. I ended up canceling my order and going to the Middle Eastern place. What’s the point of a fast food restaurant that’s not fast?
The place is currently drive through only, despite having no signs on the door and the doors being unlocked. The interior entryway reeked of cheap weed, and the lobby was marginally better smelling (but not by much). Not a great experience in the slightest.
Legit one of the worst arches I've been to. Claim understaffing so they can't open the dining room. Yet have 6 people working at 7 pm. On Sunday. Asked for a double cheeseburger extra pickles, McChicken extra pickles and a small fry. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for cold food that was completely wrong. No pickles anywhere. And these kind of professionals believe they are worth $15 an hour. Disgusting. I threw my order out when I got home. Not to mention the multi billion dollar corporation can't even spell check properly.
Stopped twice due to its location to our hotel. The drive-thru was super slow! First night, only 3 people were admittedly working, and the 2nd night, we finally canceled our mobile order and left. It would be a fantastic location for someone to open another McDonalds as it would probably do well here as the others are nowhere close.
Horrible. They make each car wait at the speaker for a VERY long time. Don't even bother coming here for lunch. It literally takes a half hour to get your food. The employees do this every day. They must be taking a break. Cars just pull up to order and eventually drive off.
This is for the management and owner not the one dude holding down the fort. The one guy cooking the food and doing the 2 drive through lanes solo at night. Is an 11 out of 10. That guy ruled.
I quit visiting this location for awhile because service was extremely slow and workers were rude. It has been about a year and I decided to try it again. I have been going some mornings for about 2 months now and what a difference! Service is very fast and the morning workers are all so friendly! Huge difference!
Worst experience had to wait 45min in the drive through line just to get our turn for order, even though there were only 3 cars ahead of us. Deluxe chicken sandwich had just pickles and some hot sauce with chicken. Nothing deluxe about it!
I arrived at McDonald’s at 6:07 pm on a Friday with 3 cars lining each lane, and got to the window by 6:09 pm, the pleasant woman (seemed to be an overworked manager from one former food service worker to another) came over the intercom said they were short staffed and it would be about 10-15 minutes. 5-6 minutes later she came back took my order. I asked and only two people were working. My order was perfect and everything came out at a good temp. By the time I pulled away the cars were lined to the road. I just wanted to thank those two workers for being there and post this so others know they are hiring.
