Sushi was very high quality (the chefs must be very talented) and all ingredients were fresh. I came in at around 9pm, and had just driven home from work, and was told the restaurant close at 10pm, and they weren't going to put me at a table. I asked for carryout and they said they'd let me order carryout. I ordered 2 spicy tuna rolls, 1 Yum Yum roll with modifications, and 1 standard Deep Fried Salmon Roll. They made the 2Spicy Tuna, and the Yum Yum, and didn't mess up the mods, but failed to make the fourth roll. They had me pay ahead of time, so when I looked at the receipt and I saw that they did Not overcharge me, but simply forgot to add the fourth roll. When I gave them my charge card, they kept telling me my card was declining. I looked at my APP and the card didn't decline, just wasn't charged. The young waitress kept telling me my chip was broken. Then the Manager came up and ran my card successfully. After I checked my order I knew I was 1 roll short, but since I wasn't charged for it I didn't want to make a fuss.Pros: sushi is tasty and they have a wide variety of options. The spicy tuna is made from fresh pieces of tuna, not the minced garbage that a lot of places use. The ingredients are fresh, and the Chefs are talented. The portions are nice and big!Cons: staff untrained, understaffed and staff is stressed out. They come off as short, but clearly not on purpose. They use a dry erase board and a marker instead of paper for sushi orders (I think this is how my roll got deleted lol)Overall: place has 5 star potential, but they need to hire more staff and work more efficiently. If it was about bad food I wouldn't write this entire review. I really hope they get staffed, because I liked the food.

Truly unfortunate that a business has so little appreciation for their customers. Today, we placed an order from Kabuki through the UberEats app. Upon receiving our order I noticed that the receipt from Kabuki attached to our order stated the total amount due $37.95 (subtotal + sales tax) and yet I was charged $54.15 (subtotal + sales tax) through UberEats. That’s a $16.20 price difference. After a discussion with UberEats customer service, I was informed that some restaurants charge more when orders are placed through third-party delivery apps in an attempt to offset their costs to be part of the app. So basically, Kabuki is reaping the benefits and receiving the exposure that comes with being a part of services such as UberEats. I would understand a $1-$2 price difference, since after all it is a convenience but a $16.20 difference for five rolls and two sides of spicy mayo is unjustifiable. I’d also like to note that all this is before adding on the additional $9.19 in service and delivery fees.

Wife and I keep coming back here for their variety, and are always pleased to dine-in. It's either sushi or their other plates which always satisfy our palates! We understand short-staffing at restaurants due to Covid, and the timing wasn't a bother either.Customers just need to learn patience on a daily basis. But yes, food is very satisfying to leave with a happy belly!

The worst customer service ever!!! Not recommend at all!! Discriminated, Disrespectful, and very rude waitresses!!!My friend and went there on Friday. Before going there I called them first and they told me to just walk we get there at 9pm the waitress took 30 mins to take our order, Finally at 8:45 one lady came to take our order. Our food arrived after 10 mins at everything together at once. We didn’t have much time to eat, but at 10:55 they gave check, another lady told us it’s just because they want to close casher. I understand them very much since I used to work at restaurant. I asked for boxes to go but I had to repeat twice. While I was waiting fir plastic bag fir 3 boxes, I went to restroom to wash my hands. When I came out from restroom one young lady to me and told that we have leave because restaurants closed at 10pm. But there still 5 tables all Koreans. However, I told that young waitress we are waiting for plastic bag instead of giving me plastic bag, she told me that we had to leave the rest of the tables were their boss friends. They’re very disrespectful, discriminated, and very rude.

I went to Kabuki for the first time and was very unimpressed. Our group got the ramen, bibimbap, and ox tail bone soup. All were mediocre. The egg in the ramen was hard boiled, the broth was meh. The bibimbap was flavorless. The ox bone soup was flavorless and had no contents. Maybe we all should have gotten sushi, because all the reviews seem to rave about it. But I don’t think we’ll be back to find out.The wait was also long, but I don’t hold that against the staff/restaurant because it was dinner rush and I know restaurants are having a hard time with staffing these days. The staff was nice and accommodating when they could. I would be more than happy to wait if the food was worth it.

I used to go to kabuki years ago and I thought it was good, but wasn’t too excited about it. Recently I decided to start going again and the quality of their food has really improved. The sushi is always really fresh when I order it and the Korean food is delicious as well.

We have been going to kabuki for 10+ years i used to request the same roll every time I would come in. I just called to order and the owner is told me they can’t make that specific roll because it might upset his cooks. What kind of customer service is that? They would always up charge me the roll would come out to be 20 some dollars. And I didn’t mind because it was a special request. However yummy house used to make the same roll for me every time I came in they actually put that roll on their menu. Now THAT is customer service. I will not be going back to kabuki. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered tonight .. the I love Shrimp roll used to be billed as big. The price is the same, the size is 50% less. Like the size of a gas station Cali roll. Taste on point, value sub par. Ninja Sushi and Sushi Ko are better bets. Hurts my heart to type this. Ps, you get a pea size of Wasabi.

No one waitress...had to ask for silverware..refills on tea...very busy chaotic..Very popular restaurant..vgood food...
