Store is closed. No signage that says it's closed. People waiting in long line at drive thru just to pull up and wait at the window for no answer. It says they are open online but they aren't. Very unprofessional. Sat in the parking lot for ten minutes to watch and 9 people walked up to the door just to find it locked with no sign. People walked away angry.
This place is never open when they say. There’s no hours posted on the door and online, it says the business owner just confirmed since Covid that they were open until 7. I got there at 6:15 and no one was there.
Placed an online order yesterday to pick up at 6:45 p.m. Showed up and they were closed. Not sure why I was able to place an online order if the business was closed. I used a free sandwich coupon I had received for my birthday and did not get that back. My card was also charged.
Very disorganized employees. I paid 22 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 cookies and I get handed one sandwixh for someone else. I've been in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I would recommend getting lunch elsewhere.

Every time I go there they aren’t open. You sit at the drive through for 10 minutes and no one tells you it’s closed and there is no sign even though it’s normal business hours and employees are inside. The one I was able to actually get food within two years of trying my sandwich was basically all bread.
This is probably the worst jimmy John’s in the area , it’s the end of October and the inside dining is still closed, “drive through “ only ,

This place is absolute worst. They gotten my order correct 25% of the time and they have no problem closing up early even when there are cars waiting in the drive-thru. I would've given zero starts but that isn't an option...
