Dummies running the show called and asked if there were any specials on a 1 topping large and this guy said no it’s 19.99 in the most dreadful monotone voice and nothing else lmao good way to retain customers when Cottage Inn is right across the street with competent workers. Management is horrible they need to fire some people because this is unacceptable especially in WB
I have been coming to this location almost every Friday for over two years. Spending $40 plus tip. I ordered today at 4:15 and arrived at 4:30. Watched 7 people get their orders and asked the girl at the register multiple times if that was my order on the oven. "No, it will be 5mins." At 5:00 I asked again and the pizza I inquired about was actually mine. I asked if they were going to compensate me in any way and I was told no. Take your cold pizza. The receipt was finally given to me so I could rip it up. I truly cannot believe the incompetence nor the lack of hospitality from the staff and organization. I will never buy at this location again. First time I have ever written a review.
The worst Jetz ever! They constantly hang up on customers. Always get orders wrong rather you have them deliver or pick it up. Not apologetic at all. Will take have of an order, put you on hold and forget you are there. And they close earlier that they are supposed to. And I mean an hour before. The rudeness is unacceptable Haggerty location is . Very Ghetto!

Got a 12 piece spinach and feta bread and only came with 1 cup of pizza sauce. They charged me $1 just for another little cup of sauce. I order bread from Cottage Inn and they give me 2 cups of pizza sauce without me even asking! Not going to a place where they nickel and dime you in these times. CheapOs. Never coming here again.

Included in my last three orders from. JETS, I have ordered the cheesy bread with the pizza dipping sauce. And in each order, I have gotten home and no pizza sauce for dipping. Very, very disappointing.
