They use doordash for their deliveries and doordash always screws up. After waiting over an hour, the doordash delivery man called and said he had been given the wrong address and was not going to bring our order. This was at 10 PM so we no longer had any food options open. They consistently screw up their deliveries. Hungry Howie's should use their own delivery people.
Call today to place an order for delivery the lady was extremely rude told me that the order goes to DoorDash and that there would be a seven dollar fee for delivery plus the service fee plus the DoorDash tip so the pizza was only 1199 but the DoorDash fee was seven dollars the tax was two something and then with three dollars or five dollar tip it was gonna cost me over $25 for a pizza when I asked the lady about picking the pizza up she told me that there would be a 45 minute wait and then I might as well as just have a DoorDash when I explain to her that I didn’t wanna pay all these extra fees she hung up the phone on me she was extremely rude when I tried to call back she would pick up the phone and hang it up I just don’t understand customer service anymore

In and out. Could have been more bacon very stingy with that couldn't even tell that I had bacon but the pizza was fresh.

Very disappointed! I have ordered here several times and the mistakes only get worse. I called this evening to order a medium pizza with an order wings- all flats and an antipasto salad with NO salami and add double feta. The salad came with NO cheese, not even the mozzarella that comes on an antipasto salad and NO feta that I requested. The receipt says NO SALAMI and ADD DOUBLE FETA…but as you can see…SALAMI on my salad but NO FETA that I am sure they charged me for….all wrong. And to top it off, the pizza came like it had been thrown around and placed in the box. I called to advise of my lack of satisfaction and the manager Kyle, was very nonchalant. He never apologized until I became upset and then said there was nothing he could do about it because I asked for the owners information. I WILL NEVER do business here again. The lack of empathy for their mistakes, the nonchalant attitude when I asked how will they make their right wrong, was just horrible. I will be reaching out to the owner tomorrow as Kyle, the manager said he will be in at 4 PM. I will update if that information was accurate. I am very disappointed.
So far I only have ordered from here once it was a pickup order and the guys inside were friendly in the pizza was delicious well topped and full of flavor, some parts that don't seem like it could have been cooked more but overall was fine
They are the best customer services ever And The food is really good I will give more than five start if there is I normally never do any reviews that’s my first time just because they are the good customer service and a good food
They served me a half way rotten salad and refused to give me extra ranch very petty and trifling stuff won’t be going back to this location ever
