We ordered carryout from this place for the first time today. We placed our order online. Arrived at the designated pickup time and they were so busy there was no one handling the door or carry out pickups. The gentleman in front of me had been waiting twenty minutes and had not been helped yet. I finally went into the dining room and grabbed a waitress who helped us. Got home and realized the soup that was supposed to come with the order was missing. The food we did get was good but missing food was a big bummer.
I used to go here often for zha Jiang noodles often and it was the best in Michigan, first time going back after pandemic... and literally 180, I hated the noodles.We ordered Zha Jiang, spicy seafood chow ma noodles, and sliced beef and tendon.We ordered fish as well that we never got because they gave our order to someone else and asked us if we'll take their order... like what?I don't think I'll be going there again, it was honestly such a disappointment.
Excellent Asian Cuisine!!! I have Ben here four times already. My only regret is I keep forgetting to take pictures of my meals!! I just dig in too fast. I like trying the authentic as well as the American entrees. I haven't been disappointed yet. I've tried the boiled dumplings, spicy shrimp dry pot, spicy whole fish and they all were great. They were super busy during Christmas and still everything was great. I love looking at what's coming out of the kitchen to see what I would like next. I think I'll try the lamb spine next and a different side dish. I hope the menu changes seasonally. I look forward to trying different entrees. ❤️❤️ Update: I tried the Lambs Spine Hot Pot It was great! Way too much for one person soo bring help!
Grossly overcharged on carry out order. The food that was ordered and they charged me for was not put in my carry out order. Did not noticed it until I got home, What ever food was there it was the worst food I ever had. I had company over, on top of that I did not have all the food that was ordered, the rest of the food was uneatable, I had to order pizza lol after paying $80 for 4 people carry out foodCalled the restaurant, they did not even offer the apology, I don't think they even know how to express the apology. The owner was very rude, instead of saying that she is sorry for my inconvenience, told me that I talk too much. LOL .This kind of restaurants have put out of business. Mediocre food and no understanding of customer service,
The food was very good, The waitress was excellent!! But the one thing I had the Biggest problem with is the cart they brought our parties food out on. It was Extremely dirty and dusty especially on the bottom shelf.
Food has not been good since the start of the pandemic. Perhaps they have new cooks??? Shrimp fried rice tastes weird now, and egg rolls are gross. Something is definitely off!!!! Not sure what is going on, but I won't be back. Should have gone to China Jade in Waterford instead ?♀️
This Chinese restaurant was my first time visiting. There was plenty of parking spaces. When we arrived there was no one to greet us at the door or seat us. ?. We eventually sat ourselves. The table we selected was clean but the floors under the table was pretty dirty. Maybe some one missed it while cleaning the table???.... Anyhow the waitress was attentive once we sat down and offered drinks and brought menu's. Ordering was pretty easy and the food came out fairly fast?. My won ton soup was tepid and not hot like soup is suppose to be but it was good. The other items were hot and very good. I went to the restroom and it was very clean. My overall experience was good and the food here is great. Try them out. Happy eatings!
I’m not Chinese, but I lived in Asia for a while. This was my first time at this restaurant. I thought the Mapo Tofu and the Taiwanese Cabbage in Chili Sauce were really good. These were on the Traditional Menu.
honey chicken tasted nothing like any i’ve got before and was filled with peppers and onion. thinking they gave my something different. wasn’t very good probably won’t try again. egg drop soup was delicious tho
Has different menu for American and Chinese. Chinese menu is not disappointing at all. Spicy Chicken has bones inside! Great!
