The guys in the afternoon/evening. Gave me a very hard time when I asked them to wash hands before making my ice cream and shakes. One walked away and the other guy said his hands are cleaned and start talking to his co workers about me asking him to wash his hands before serving me. Very rude and unsanitary.
Dilly is the man! They poached him from the 14 and Orchard Lake location and he's delivering results here as the main star in a deep lineup.
Worse experience ever! My daughter and I were the ONLY CUSTOMERS in the store, and not only did they NOT greet us, they left us standing at the register until we walked out 5 minutes later, no "give us 1 minute " " we will be right with you" or anything...I suggest MORE training for better customer service, maybe even get a new team, VERY UNACCEPTABLE
Peanut doughnuts were days old, super dry, even the micowave wouldn't soften them up.

I just came here to grab a coffee and bite to eat, these ppl don’t respect you they don’t even care if they cook your food everything was half. Cooked and they wouldn’t give me my money back just tried to replace it they are trash. If you are in a rush and you need to get your self together I would. Not go here
Stopped in to buy an ice cream cake. Price on cake $26.00 clearly marked.Rang up 29. Price in system different than marked. Worker refused to give me Price mark said was wrong. Will be calling mgt in morning.
