They delivered only the pizza. Nothing else, when we called all they could say is that the driver had the remaining items. No apologies, no refund, just a "he's on his way".We live very close to the location.There is no reason he shouldn't have been right back. Over a hour passed and he still never came back. I'm hoping to get the remainder of the order canceled.
Beware of this place. the pizza gave my son and I food poisoning. This is for certain.I have been sick all night and have to miss work and keep my son home from school.Never ever again will I order anything from any Dominos.
Food prepared late by 45 mins. Also forgot my dipping sauce.
For this store the online service sucks! It said 30 minutes, it took 90. Seven employees working and not one of them showed any sense of urgency. Watched the man answering the phone put 8 calls on hold while messing with the computer. Toppings looked like they were just thrown on, very poor half side only placement.
The 3 guys working were very polite, very efficient. My order was 100% correct, very good. And they were training someone at the same time (the third guy).Very happy.
Normally great but unbelievable slow this Friday… been waiting over 20 minutes from the app estimate, the lobby’s full and they said come back in 15 minutes. I blame the app for not accounting for such a large order to took over the store.The app said it was done, went in and waited 15 more minutes cuz it was in the oven still. C’mon dominoes, you have the best tech and still let us down.
I tried calling in and placing an order online at 10:15 pm this Tuesday and was unable to reach anyone. The phone has been disconnected (what I was told while calling) and all Dominos Hotspots that this store delivers to has been greyed of the map. When selecting the grey areas, I would get a prompt to call the store… which led me to begin the cycle of calling the disconnected number once more.
The food is great but customer service satisfaction depends on who is managing when you go. Most managers are great, but one gave such a terrible experience so bad I complained to corporate!
Terrible service! Ordered online over 2 hours ago and still haven't received my order. When I called the store to ask about my order, they immediately answered saying they're closed (40 minutes early) and that their last driver was out delivering their last order... hopefully me? I live 5 minutes away and the driver was said to have left 20 minutes ago....
My wife and I got a large feeling crispy pepperoni pizza it was very good the restaurant itself was not the cleanest but the young men that were working there were very very nice
