We went here for my birthday dinner, and they wasn't very busy. But the fact that we were here longer than 10 minutes before we even got drinks (water)! They sat us and we waited for someone to come, but get upset and left. What a way to celebrate my birthday. I had to give them one star. Not too mention we drove up there from Flat Rock, Michigan. The fact that your response was a lie, that's really sad. You only had two other people in the corner. Their wasn't a party. But I'm sure since you'll were all in the kitchen arguing with a young boy sitting people are the lady trying to get drinks or whatever for the other people. It shouldn't take 10 minutes or more for water! You'll wasn't even busy. And the fact that you want to justify your poor service, it's a good things we left. Shame on you if you knew that it was a party supposedly that she was catering to then you should have came out of the back and stopped arguing with your other associates and attended to our table. But it's fine We left and went somewhere else where not only were we greeted and sad but we were also able to get water as well as a meal. It's clear to see that your restaurant wasn't the one for me anyway because that's not how you handle poor customer service you fix it instead of trying to argue about it with me.
The service was horrible today nothing else to say....The end. I will never patronize their establishment again. The arguing in the kitchen, the mix-up on orders the lack of customer service in the dining area. The Manager is the problem. Now the manager replies with a lie please read below. No cops were called we paid for our food and left. It wasn't about any shrimp. It was about them fighting in the kitchen and I felt uncomfortable
This was my first time at this place and it was terrible. We dined in as a party of 3 and the whole time they did not come to our table to check on us. They were too busy in the back arguing the whole time, we did not get refills for our drinks they shorted us of our mozzarella sticks. When we confronted the manager he told us he didn’t care and just to not leave at tip. This service was terrible the worst restaurant experience I have ever received. I don’t recommend this place to anyone customer service is trash, the food isn’t that good and they take forever to bring you your food. They also mess up your order a lot. When we left a review on google the manager tried to state that they had called the police which intact never happened and we do have witnesses that it never happened. This place is overall a disappointment and the seafood is very salty anyways.
Really good food, friendly service, and very clean.When we first got there the place was a little chilly and when we sat down the first thing the server asked us is if we wanted him to turn on the heat for us.The food was very quick to be served and they have a great variety of options. The prices were what I would expect in this market.I don't know what Cajun seasoning they used but it was perfect not too hot and It didn't burn my mouth but added just the right amount of spice to the meal. The amount of food they brought out was way more then I would have expected.All in all the experience was very good and the food was great.
Excellent food and service. Seafood less expensive than red lobster. Crab boils 1/2 pound comes with potatoes and ear of corn. 17 and some change. Full menu. Shrimp are jumbo no extra charge.
First time trying this place, had a big take out order. Fried calamari and French fries were awful! Don’t understand how can someone mess up with French fries…it’s not even about not being crispy, the flour was so thick for the calamari and both calamari and fries were soggy, we used our air fryer to re-heat them but still soggy and no flavor. And the boiling seafood, I can tell the seafoods were fresh and they were at good sizes (crawfish, shrimp and lobster) but again no flavor, basically eating plain, we only saw a thick layer of oil in the bag, the only thing had flavor is sausage, which tasted good. Won’t come back again.
Seafood boil was so good and flavorful!!! Wasnt very warm in the resturant but only complaint!!
Awesome place to get blue crab! Seriously cooked to perfection. I didn't see an option for full crabs so I wish there was an option the middle part was not given to you but still amazing blue crab!
I put this place up personally against the Krazy Crab which isn't too far away. I kike the freshness of the seafood. And it was mighty fast. Under 15 minutes I was very satisfied with that. Now they use a different kind of king crab than the Krazy Crab, though it's not as big it's was still plentiful and delicious. I just wish they gave me more butter and more garlic to go along with that butter. But I must say Detroit Crab house took the cake
