Dining area is closed (no signs on the door). Line is wrapped around the building and slow service in drive through to only have to serve one customer at a time.
I was at Burger King Friday 5/27/22 went through drive thru was long as usual. But had a coupon and really wanted a burger. I had stayed away for months because of the service dealing with drive thru; but Friday was different my order was HOT ; the lady that took my order was nice and professional too. My orders in the pass were never HOT I never appreciated the workers they had doing drive thru in the pass. That kept me away. I was very pleased on Friday and will start coming back more. I never get HOT food going thru drive and I believe Burger King is reading these reviews and are trying to improve. I give Burger King 5 stars .
Literally had been craving BK for a hot minute now, randomly stopped after a show that my daughters and I attended, and holy moly! Order was correct, service was quick, food was HOT and made perfectly. Yo, it was absolutely everything I had been craving and more. Probably going to give into cravings more often here ;)
Excellent staff ...went 3 times and everything food was off the broiler ...proportions of sauce Excellent. This is my go to burgers king for a whopper fix! Wish more stores were like this
Burger was thrown together but fresh, fries were hot and there wasn't a long wait. So pretty good overall
One of the nicest people I've dealt with in a while works here. Shockingly good service. 5 stars just for her. I mean it's Burger King so we all know what to expect. Food is ok.
Waited 20 minutes for my gutter food. Once up to the window I asked the girl/lady for ranch cup she closes the window I wait about 2 to 3 minutes later she opens the window and just stares at me I ask again may I have a ranch cup please she says .16 cent I give her the .16 cents she closes the window another few minutes go by she opens the window and gives change back to me closes the window at this point I'm not leaving wo my ranch cup. I'll say I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for a ranch cup but it was probably closer to 7....I understand it's "fast food" but there is nothing fast about this location and the food is terrible. Oh and my ranch cup...RITTEN
Had breakfast croissant with sausage. Tasted like the cap feel off the pepper shaker on the sausage. The tater tots were burnt. Coffee tasted like yesterday's left overs.
Online it states the restaurant is open for dine in. Then there is no sign on door or window but doors are locked during open hours. Why do people have to park and walk to the door to find the inside is closed. Several cars got ahead of us in drive through. Just inconsiderate. Left to find another restaurant after waisting our time.
Food is generally good. It's the closest location to me in Farmington, but still takes about 13 minutes to get too... Probably won't visit often because the last 3 times I have gone - I have either been missing food, food was improperly made, or food was cold upon receiving it at the drive thru window.
