Ms. Meca was the highlight of the night. When you come here and she’s serving you, you know the type of service you’re getting. She the realest when it comes to costumer interaction, absolutely lovely to be around. When I come back, I don’t care if there’s a million other waiters that could help us out, I want her specifically. If I could it would be 6/5 star.

Dirty place. Dried BBQ sauce on our "clean" table. We were there for about 45 minutes, and no one bothered to clean the trash from the table next to us, but they were able to stand around on their cell phones; some staff seemed to be inattentive to customers, almost like they didn't care about their jobs. Food was over cooked (boneless Wings and fries). Wasn't offered carrots or celery with order, just asked if we wanted ranch or blue cheese. Had to ask another server for napkins.

GAH DANG BABY GIRL SHIZ WENT HARD AF KINDA FEELING GOOD IN MY TUM TUM. THE BARTENDER GAVE ME JUST ENOUGH ALCOHOL TO FEEL GOOD! Coming back again for some cute bartenders and yummy in my tummy food!!! OOOOH BABY!

I arrived at 10:15 to place a carry out order. After 11 minutes of waiting, nobody had come to help me. I went to the bar to get some assistance. He said there is 1 person and they will be up there shortly. 3 minutes later someone finally came up. She asked my name for my pickup and I stated that I wanted to place a carry out order. She told me that they don't take orders after 10:30 and it would only be fries or wing between 10 and 10:30. It was now 10:25. I let her know that I had been waiting for 15 minutes and I only wanted boneless wings. This what I received. The attitude I received was free as well as the lazy preparation of the food.

Ordered carryout at the font desk. Food was great, wait time was 30 minutes, which is good for my BIG order, and customer service was awesome. My only complaint is that some of the food in my order -proved by my receipt- was missing and my grandfather had to go back, inform the employees, and get the missing food.

I am frequent visitor to Buffalo wild wings in Rochester, I enjoy the food there. But the buffalo at Orchard lake disappointed me. The service is bad. Even the burger is made in a bad way.

Wish I could rate zero stars....The customer service at this location is the worst of any restaurant I've ever been to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!Tonight my husband called this location multiple times trying to place a carryout order. We ended up having to place an online order instead. My husband picked up and when he got home saw everything was wrong/ items were missing. I decided to take the order back and had him call while I went back up there so the new order would be getting prepared and I wouldn't have to wait for a long time. When I walked in, customers were lined up with no one greeting them. The hostess came up and called next. I told her there was an issue with my order/missing items and that I would like to resolve with the manager and without acknowledging the request, she rolled her eyes and walked away. (Super professional) The manager came up after 5 minutes of waiting and wouldn't even look me in the eyes. I told him that my husband called in and spoke with someone, I then asked for the order to be fixed. The manager responded that the "Best he could do" is offer us half off because it was an online order. He had no empathy/sympathy to the situation, and no ownership in making sure customers like me have a great experience. I respectfully interacted with the manager, as I have experience in the restaurant industry but I felt he could have handled this much better than he did. I mentioned I was having a horrible week and this was just one more thing to deal with and started crying. He responded "I know what you mean, it's Super Bowl week." Wow.... sounds tough, I wish that was my only issue in life lol. I walked away crying and he called the next person up cheerfully to assist. I'm frustrated because I did not feel heard, I did not feel respected, and there was no helpful resolution. My family was at home with no dinner and I was wasting time trying to fix something that this manager couldn't care less about. I called my husband and he shared the experience he had as well and how horrible that was and just asked me to give the food back to the restaurant so they would reimburse his debit card. I came back in to return the order and no one was behind the counter again- I had to wait another 3-5 minutes to be assisted. Guests came in after and asked if I'd been greeted yet as they waited behind me and I told them no. I explained the issue I was dealing with and they agreed that the staff is unprofessional and rude from prior experiences they've had as well. I will not be coming back and will make sure my friends and family do not either.

I just experienced the worst customer service in 15 years of eating your wings. I placed an order online and did not receive the full order. When I called the first time the mgr hung up on me. When they stopped hanging up the phone and I was actually able to get through, a new mgr told me the old one dropped the phone and that was the reason for getting disconnected...I told her that's fine and explained how since they forgot part of the order & I ordered 30 traditional wings with 6 additional sauces and they gave me 6 boxes of 5 wings, could they remake the order because the first order was not correct and now we are driving another 20 min. They told me they would give me the chips that I paid for "on the house" for the mistake of forgetting them and give me 1/2 off on 30 more wings. After wife went in to bring the food back they were rude to her. She is a breast cancer survivor recovering from surgery so it was wonderful to hear her so upset because an employee chose to be rude.After this awful experience, we are just bringing the bad order back and getting money refunded through my bank because of how awful it was to deal with the staff.

My free birthday wings were cold. The waitress was extremely slow and it wasn’t even busy. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my bill after I asked for it. I didn’t even get my free birthday wings on my Buffalo Wild Wings reward app because she never took down my number. Truly disappointed with this one and not going back to this location. Good luck everyone.

Our server Grace was so sweet and did an amazing job. She was awesome!!! The food was absolutely great and came very quickly which was nice because I was starving. Will definitely come back to this location!!!
